  • Haven't seen this in YEARS!!!

  • fuck yeah, night flight. good for my adolescent late-nite edification and entertainments.

  • George th and then journey opened for the stones in philly im 81. Was Awesome!!!

  • i think the 1972 and the1981 tours have been the rolling stones best tours in their long touring history,i saw them live the first time in chicago in 1975,tour of the americas, and they were great, they rocked chicago stadium.

  • @marcojr3055 1973 was pretty good.

  • J. Geils opened for the Stones on this tour. I saw them at the Seattle Kingdome and later that year in Frankfurt, Germany.

  • keith richards....is keith....

  • Lion on the spotlight...............

  • keith richard was the ugliest guy I've ever seen,,,

  • @ViniciusFiocco Not when he was younger...

  • @ViniciusFiocco ... you're not referring to the "healthy" and sensual guitar player named Keith RichardS, are ya ?

  • @dockaiser I just forgot, man...anyway, he's the ungliest but the most sexy guy on earth I think so.

  • Thanks

  • DEAR FANS, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO ACTUALLY DID BOOM BOOM OUT GO THE LIGHTS@SAN DIEGO, JACK MURPHY STADIUM IN 1981? IT WAS REALLY CONFUSING OR THE GUEST WAS SICK---I DON'T KNOW HE HE SANG OR NOT, OR EVEN PLAYED BACK-UP!!!

  • @TheLIBER777 - The J. Geils Band and George Thorogood supposedly opened for the Stones on October 7, 1981 at Jack Murphy Stadium. But Pat Travers had a hit with, "Boom Boom (Out Go the Lights)" in 1979. Perhaps Pat Travers replaced one of the openers? Anyone who was at that show remember?

  • Yeah, they were good back then. But youth is everything today; & there cums that time you just got to do what's tastefully rite. Hang up them gloves boy!

  • @musclemanix YOU ARE LAME!you don't appreciate longegivity of great rythum and blues-rock n roll @ its constant best!let the music for one do the talking!2. let the records sales do the showing!3.let the attendance show the proooooof of why they don't need to retire!DO you want them to stop having fun?maybe you should just fade away, never come back!

  • 30 years later !!!! still at the top ~ !

  • I was at the second Candlestick show, this clip is very exciting, I hadn't seen it before now. The ticket was 18 bucks which was outrageously high!! (stadium shows were typically twelve bucks then). I also remember J Geils Band were excellent (so was George Thorogood) and the Stones took a couple hours to finally come on, but when they did the place exploded. "Under My Thumb" was the opener...

  • cant find any footage of the stones at candlestick park san francisco

  • thankyou ferrd69

  • @percy123100 -- stones at 3:22 are at candlestick park, san francisco, as is most concert footage from this documentary. the club is the Mabuhay Gardens, center of SF punk rock scene in the late '70s. the stones played saturday/sunday at candlestick, 90,000 each show. i saw both. (i also knew mab owner dirk dirksen; a band i was in played there once.) the stones were amazing that weekend--second show was best--though kind of shitty elsewhere on the tour.

  • what stadium are the stones at on 3 22

  • Awesome footage!

  • Thanks for up!

  • algien me puede decir como se llama la primera cancion que suena de fondo por favor gracias

  • @33mis Times is on my side :)
