@dropdownjr1 Beat every level, including the two secret levels, at least once on '00 Agent' difficultly. 007 mode lets up edit certain variables such as enemy health, accuracy, etc. before the level begins.

I don't think so--I got it in 1:21 twelve years ago (shit has it been that long??) and this looks right. I definitely didn't have quite the finesse turning corners--I did however have a better method of blowing up the tanks. Just toss three consecutive ones and blow them up in the air between the tanks. ....anyway that's enough nerdery for one night.

Good work...I've gotten 1:04 once myself but otherwise usually wind up around 1:07/8 when Doak is in the right place. Only thing you might do is get hit in the back purposely on a few occasions as you're running away from people as a speed boost.

You don't need to, if you time it right it gives you the objective complete as you walk out the door. Most the WR videos of facility wont wait for the objective ;)

The last objective is not accomplishing something; it is avoiding something. Basically, to minimize scientist casualties, you just have to make sure you DO NOT kill any scientists because doing that would be collateral damage. The scientists are unarmed innocent civilians, not the soldiers guarding the area.

You took a big chance by assuming Dr. Doak would be in the bottling area. He's usually in the first two rooms in the big corridor. Once I accidently killed him with timed mines in another bottling room. FYI, you can exit through the conveyor belt like in the movie.

For speed runs, you can't waste time going into the rooms in the corridor. If Doak isn't in the bottling area, you just have to try again.

FUUUUCK, I cant do this man dammit, I keep gettting killed before i can make it to Doak, but when I do make it to him and get the decoder, I still end up getting killed...I did it once but it was still 2:45...I dont know how you just run through the whole level and shit I try it and i cant seem to do it...and yeah im good at the game i know all the c button tequniques to go faster and all that good shit but still...shiiiit. Well, here's some tips to help you speed up. I know I'm not the original poster, but I still have a few tricks up my sleeve too. tip: At 34 seconds he fires a couple of rounds. You need to fire off at least 6 rounds for noise in order for the guard at 37 seconds to open the door for you. tip: Don't sit there and talk to Doak; once he says something, run for the door.

another tip for you chrisjordan: the point of the mine at the beginning is to open the security door as well as kill everyone in it, so if that doesn't succeed, you might as well retry. tip: you don't have to kill every guard. if you really want to just avoid getting harmed, injuring them gives you enough time for you to run by. Although I don't see how he got past the 3 guards in the hall without getting shot more than once. lucky bastard. :P

Last tip: you need to get through the lab area as quickly as possible. if you try to kill everyone in the lab area, all the guards from behind will catch up with you. Just run like a bitch and hope the random number generator in the n64 is on your side.

cj. Yeah you gotta get lucky with that. He only has four spots to appear anyway; so on average you should see him every fourth time. It isn't that bad. Just keep trying. Oh, and I remembered another thing, I usually pull out my silencer in the lab. It attracts less attention. Maybe that will help you out? PS if you're wondering, i got 1:31. No where near garkut of course, but much shorter than the 2:05 requirement (it is 2:05 right?)

lol 1:19 here, took me 1000's of tries to get that too. i didn't think anything lower was possible at that point so i stopped trying after I hit 1:19. the controller was a bit of a downside, if we were able to use a mouse and keyboard things would be a little more precise and easier. but of course this was way back int he day before the cheat codes were released.
