  • Tony I always want to know why this song was never released as a single or on a album.. This would have been a great song on RTRC

  • @MrDemilord There is a reason. Releasing it as a single would have achieved little. It wouldn't have charted (Chelsea Girl didn't!). They used to perform it after "Scar", usually at the begining of a gig. So maybe Real to Reel LP could have started that way. But I guess it didn't! Thanks.

  • Oh my good god - simply amazing! What a fantastic intro! I'm now going to check out every single one of your uploads, as this gem got overlooked!

  • @beetlebum01 A lot of my "early" uploads from 2009 seem to have been overlooked. Thanks.

  • Why the bloody hell didn't they put these demos on the Silver Box?

  • @veldtmusic

There is a here comes a fool on the silver box, but a shame they didnt choose this one though :(

  • @MrDemilord "Naked Eye" is also a great version from this session. Better than the album version (in my opinion). Thanks. (thats uploaded too!)

  • God i love it..

  • @MrDemilord Love that intro! Shame they dropped it. Thanks.

  • Thanks Tony. Happy April Fools'.

  • @baldmindsfan Happy April Fools! Nice pun!

  • fantabulous!!!!

  • Where did you find the studio recording, was it ever released on Vinyl?

  • @cookie659 it was a bbc session recorded for the radio in the studio

  • @MrDemilord 1m10secs shows an image of "Picadilly Radio 261". I think they have changed their name with the advent of FM radio to Key 103 FM. Chris Evans started his career there! Timmy Mallet was also a presenter.

  • Damn!!! Great upload. Thanks

  • another brilliant upload

  • @andyinniss

Great intro to this version of "Here comes the fool!"
