  • ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO BE A ROCKSTAR?

It may be alot of work but you bet your ass it would be worth it once you hit a stage in front of 40,000 people

  • Fuckin' love that bass riff...

  • 2:15 I see that on The New Guns n' roses

  • Isn't he being a little bitch? I mean he was in a cover band and given a chance. So what if he sings the songs they write? But I can see it based on musician egos. If I was given that chance, I'd stay with the money. Why go back to ironworking, if I could sing in a big time band? Shown by the end of the movie. He leaves success and everything he strived to be to do some college bullshit music and keep his girl. What a tool. He lost... if the movie was real life. But it's not so fuck it.

  • @rodkiller11 how did he lose? he already made millions of dollars up to the point, he would have been fine in real life.

  • @tyler4871 No man, you didn't hear. He blew all on crack when he started doing hip hop. He failed and now lives in a cardboard box in Miami Beach with Vanilla Ice.

  • Fuck man why couldn't this have been a real band. WHY!?

  • @ThatKrookedVulture steel dragon no but steelheart yes (the lead singer from steel heart is the singer for the movie Mark is doing voice-overs)

  • Illuminati Shirt

  • 1:45 jason bonham with a blonde wig lol

  • @Gregory8675309 yep!

  • really dissapointing how the song in the record arent anyway near as good as the movie version :/

  • @FlyKicksYe unfortunatly they didn't put this song on the movie soundtrack... Search on youtube for "Kane Roberts Reckless" you'll find the original song :)

  • @FlyKicksYe That is because in the movie Miljenko Matijevic did all of the vocals including the Hallelujah church scene and on the sound track Jeff Scott Soto sang three of the songs, Stand Up, Wasted Generation and Livin' The Life the rest on the album/sound track are Mili which are the same as the movie track. They would have sold more CD's if they used the actual movie tracks. Mili is Marks vocals and Soto was the original vocalist voice in Steel Dragon in the movie.

  • best line in the movie: "like we give a toss who you're buggering".

  • damn I would like to have the heavy version of this song!! Steel Dragon rules

  • best comment 3:03

  • the songs in the movie sound heavier than the ones i got :(

  • haha he dropped the pen at 0:17

  • I love Miljenko Matijevic's vocals that come in for this song and We All Die Young (a Steelheart song that Miljenko wrote before it was redone for this movie). His voice is one of the greatest in rock and he has a great range.

  • reckless sounds awesome...there's any version like this somewhere? where can I get it?

  • when he strats the hip hop shit lol!!

  • LMFAO "All my bitches and hoes and clothes" XD how much you wanna bet that was improvised by Marky Mark?

  • wish there was a version of this

  • the bass on this is badass

  • @MRDXKLIQ101 It needed to be more raunchy, and it became so

  • I saw the movie just the other day and I really liked this song someone should make it and release it it would sell so much

  • "I got all my bitches and hoes and CLOTHES" Epic! xD

  • that Kirk Cuddy is a copy of Slash!

  • wat the name of the song he sings

  • lol at 1:11 "eyebrow" classic

  • even though theres only like 20 seconds of it this is my fav song from the movie

  • cool car

  • ZAKK WYLDE!!

  • "All my bitches and my hoes and all my clothes" HAHA

  • you're right!!!! Nirvana..is.. SHIT!!!!!

  • That bass riff he plays is fucking tits.

  • The recorded version is better

  • @oO21AlfonX91Oo Naaaa... you're crazy

  • The guy thats ordering people around... He's like Slash man

  • ALL MY BITCHES AND HOES AND CLOTHES!

  • Then all our sheep are off enjoyin the rock stylins of say... RATT haha, this is a great movie.

  • does anyone know any other good MOVIEs based on the rock music industry ..besides the rocker ?

  • i luv this movie!

  • God, that cover reminds me of Iron Maiden's Fear of the Dark cover...

  • Man I would love to play this song on my bass!

  • Sounds pretty raunchy in here.

  • haha i love this scene got ma bitches hoes and clothes ... WHAT MAN ! haha

  • That's what reckless life means... A rockstar's life is not easy.. you have to be strong and stand on your own.. it's not only sex, drugs and Rock n' Roll.... What realistic movie.

  • @ba773r1na

Best comment so far! I applaud you!

  • @jarpanon2 Oh, thank you very much my frined.. BTW thank you for uploading the video! You rock! :)

  • realistic because it was inspired by the real-life story of Tim "Ripper" Owens, singer in a Judas Priest tribute band who was chosen to replace singer Rob Halford when he left the band. The original title of the movie was to be Metal God, similar to signature Judas Priest song "Metal Gods".

  • @agyublackheart69 Nice copy pasting the description

  • @ba773r1na Super GAY!

  • lol my bitches & ho's & clothes lol

  • haha //david hassle hoff!

  • I would have just stayed with the band...AND THEN PUT OUT A SOLO RECORD!!!!!!!!!! SCREW THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • yeah it does sound a 100 time more better in the movie that goes with every song

  • Comment removed

  • this is michael matijevics voice i saw his band steel heart play like all of the songs from this movie you could also look it up on the internet. . . but also if you didn't know the movie is supposed to be based on judas priests rob halford leaving and tim ripper owens coming and going but they twisted it

  • actually when the guy was explaining the Ratt thing he was totally right, at the begining of the nineties most bands sold out and came up with really shitty stuff ratt , poison, skid row, etc...most stopped being what they were trying to adapt to crappy grunge and it was a total failure, so yes as a fan i expect my bands to do certain things, If i want Grunge i will buy some shit like Nirvana but not Crue

  • @MrJaymotley NIRVANA IS THE SHIT!!!!

  • Steel Dragon only wish they could be even near the pinnacle of RATT !!!

  • "And although I admire that in some small way"

  • THE FUCK DID I DO?

  • the rock stylings of RATT,damn right!

  • amazing movie and the song is sick!!

  • Great movie

  • This movie was pretty awesome, i watched it the other night and I got the soundtrack, it's freakin sweet! if only that were a real band !

  • @thebethpedersen Steelheart

  • Kane Roberts - Reckless

    awesome song!

  • Oh god! That bass sounds great!!

  • Love this movie & luv this scene - great tune! mark wahlberg & dominic west r hot!!

  • Does anybody know what the name of this song is

  • @1thecoletrain the song is called "reckless" the actual song is nowhere near as heavy as wahlberg's lip sync.

  • suena mas chido como la canta al principio

  • That bass riff kicks so muchhhhh ass. it is definitely ronchy enough for me.

  • does anybody knows where i can download this song ,cant find it anywhere ?!

  • wow 2:35 George Washington in a lodge in full masonic regalia on the back of his shirt...

  • annuit coeptis NICE SHIRT douchebag

  • Classic Movie. I bet a lot of rock bands can relate to the same shit that this fictional band went through.

  • OMG is he lip syncing?

  • too bad they didn't record the original like that...the original sucks IMHO....

  • awesome vocals !

  • Awesome song, in the movie it sounds even better than on the record.

  • Ditto. XD

  • @jarpanon2 matijevic sing in the record and kane robert sings on the record that is the diference man...a huge diference...

  • @francheski i mean matijevic sings on the movie :P

  • Where can i find this song? It's not on the soundtrack and i can't find it anywhere.

  • record is kane roberts thats why...i think this is Michael Matijevic's voice

    @Mrravena

  • @Mrravena Right mate!!

  • does anybody know of a website where i can download the mark walhberg version of this song

  • @gerardw98 walhberg doesn´t sing any song in this movie.

  • he sings some parts most r done by the vocalist for steelheart

  • Take 2 at 4:30 is obviously a lip synch by Wahlberg, as anyone who has followed this movie would think .... BUT .... IMO Take 1 at 3:50 actually IS Wahlberg singing, because the script called for Izzy to tank that take. From a movie-making standpoint, I think it worked pretty well.
