Converting the vids is a bit of a pain. Everything else is pretty simple

i have the watch but i have a problem......i have quite a bit of videos on it but now when i turn the watch on ,,,,it says welcome but freezes and just stays on the screen with a bunch of small squares with different colors......anything wrong with the watch?????it wont go automatically to the next screen to make a selection.......sometimes it does after a long long wait......do i have to much stuff on it or what???????can someone please help.......thanx....

i have this watch but im having trouble playing videos....i tried downloading videos but get only music...........how do you actually download videos and see them when i plug my watch in my computer''' what do i do next????my main reason for getting the watch is 2 be able 2 see videos........can somebody walk me thruu this so i can see them and not accidently delete videos like when i saw one video with the animal a bear in in but now its gone..dont know why or how though...........

You need the video conversion software in order to view the videos on this watch. You can't put regular MPG or .MOV files on there. You need to run them through the conversion software that comes with the watch. If you bought the watch from Gadget Universe, contact the customer service department to get the software if you don't have the cd that came in the box.

hey how did u get the time to display for that long? my mp4 watch time only last for like 4 seconds

This MP4 watch displays the time whenever an MP3 is being played. The time is displayed any time that watch is not playing a video

you said that it supports jpegs and gifs but how about videos you didnt mention what type of videos i can play i heard that you have to convert the videos into a different format

is that true?

That's the one thing this watch is lacking. You have to convert the video files to some proprietary format. The software doesn't work on a MAC either
