Dude, that is so cool.....We go to Lake Oroville all the time, I never knew about the tunnel........Where is it? What part of the lake? Do you remember what the lake level was when you went through the tunnel?
We put in @ Lime Saddle go under bridge,right to main arm left at first arm go all the way down see rock formation in video.
There is only about a 2 week period the water level is just right to pull this stunt off. But this was when the lake was full and starting to go down till the tunnel is revealed. If Lake is Low you can not even get to it. Is worth the ride though when situation is just right. Good Luck !!!
let me also tell you that if you go farther down and beach your boat small beach looking area and hike up you will find a most beautiful water fall and pool. Not too many people know about either. Next time I go I will mark with GPS and post.
