i need help regarding the Epigastric hernia DIAGNOSIS. after doing strenous workout of Abs i felt that something is weird with my upper abs packs. now its ok, but there is a slight sensation in it, that is not pain but when i press the exact point, there is a stinging pain in it, and when i slide my hand i feel that there is some kind of swelling inside my belly. plz help me regarding this condition thank you
