Eh, it's hard to compare right now. Greenscale's Blight has been changed so much in the past 2 weeks and even with that, encounters are very buggy. I also haven't raided in WoW since TBC =\

Judging from Greenscale's Blight, I would say it's definately not harder. It's hard to say if it's easier or not. Nonetheless, the encounters were pretty unique and challenging. The biggest issue was bad numbering and bugs. Hopefully they'll do better with RoS.
