No offense, but wearing a tie and a shirt, which are sloppily worn like the belt, really doesn't improve your verbal skills, which are detrimental to your reputation. Your English skills need improvement. Basics like subject-verb agreement are neglected, and please, sounding professional, acting professional, and trying to be professional don't help this video.
