@DOWSOE i suspended powerglide from fishing wire in front of a green screen and panned the video camera around it. then i chromakeyed the footage and inserted a cloudy sky picture into the background. total time was about an hour to make it look decent. ;)

Yeah, we've discussed doing some joint projects but we both stay pretty busy. This specific video and one ep of Generation 2 are the only one's we've both taken part in... although I kept him in the loop while I was making "ANOTHER Rude Awakening." And the answer is yes, I did Galvatron and ALL the voices in the first Unsolved video.

Thanks! Cosmos was supposed to sound humorous. The original was allegedly a bad Peter Lorre impression that came out sounding Spanish... I took that and made a joke out of it... it's Spanish Peter Lorre! I could've done a great Cosmos voice but where's the fun in that? I played down the fx too so it would be more obvious that he was more Espanol than the original. I was first going to do an Antonio Banderas voice but my brother talked me out of it! Lol!

I'm afraid I'm not going to make anymore of that kind of video. It could be improved a little since I've gotten better equipment and software, etc but it just wouldn't be as good as the original... especially considering it's a sequel (technically a "prequel") to the original "Rude Awakening" video by DR. SMOOV. I will continue to make videos though and perhaps there will be some you will like just as much!

i beg to differ. i happen to be a fan of both shows. robert stack was the host of unsolved mysteries and ultra magnus is the host of trsnsformers: unsolved mysteries - robert stack voiced the original ultra magnus. it is nothing more than a comical tribute to two incredibly awesome shows... not a rip off of either. simply pointing out funny plotholes in a cartoon is in no way making fun of the real stories from unsolved mysteries. i merely kept the format similar.

I guess even as a 7 year old boy i could understand that when the Transformers crashed to Earth, many were scattered all over the planet, not just crashing with The Ark/Nemesis.

I pretty much thought Cosmos mustve crashed in Mexico and adapted his language according to the locals there.

Transformers was an all encompassing show with robots representing different cultures. Jazz and Blaster were black. Ironhide was a redneck. Beachcomber, a hippie. Prime, John Wayne.
