I downloaded 0.95 and when I leawvce the police station I get stuck in the orange zone were you enter....I dont know what is wrong.....it doesent even let me choose a police car any help......Nice vid btw subbed.

@makemsleepz Hi mate, are you aiming at the suspect with a weapon out, then hitting E?

The controls are different in .95 from .91 so double check. If you still have issues, try a reinstall of GTA and LCPDFR .95

little help please, I downloaded and installed 0.95 over 0.91. Now, I cannot arrest anyone, I cannot frisk anyone, but I can use police computer and Traffic stops work normal as they shuld in 0.95. What did I do wrong? What can I do to make this awsome mod work as it shuld? please help...

@Timi116 Perhaps you aren't using the new keys which are available on the lcpdfr wiki. The 0.95 keys are slightly changed from the 0.91 keys.

I have the real copy..

THis is what i did; tried installing lcpdfr 0.95 but that caused the game to freze so i uninstalled then reinstalled gta then i tried 0.91 but that still froze it so then i uninstalled then reinstalled gta again ; i do have all the programs it said to have the .net and C+ or whatever.. and i also tried to get the latest patch of the game but i dont really know how to :( thanks for help! I hope u can help me to get it work :)

And how do I install and make sure the patch for GTA IV works (1.0.7.0.)

@DJStRiZz1999 Search google for GTA IV 1.0.7.0 patch and download it, install it then try to reinstall 0.95 and see how it goes. The crashing you're getting is from running an old version of GTA IV with the loader for the newer version.

Updating should fix the problem.

@DJStRiZz1999 Hmm. What exactly are you clicking on? You must install only one of the two loaders when installing LCPDFR (either xlive.dll or dsound.dll) and must run the game via the LaunchGTAIV.exe file not the GTAIV.exe file.

Beyond that, I am not too sure what is wrong. Try downloading the media diagnostic program over at the LCPDFR.com site, under the same category as the installer itself and see what it says to you.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game so it would be a fresh game.. So then I downloaded the latest patch of gta iv and did a title update? and then got lcpdfr 0.95, then launched Social club, then clicked play... thats the only way i can get to the game, is through social club, even if i got to Computer>DVD DISK< then it lauches social club

@DJStRiZz1999 If you are running a legitimate version, I need to ask, are you running it from a Steam copy or from a DVD copy? If DVD you will need to download and update to the latest patch (v1.0.7.0) however Steam does not require patching as it is auto-patched to the latest.

Outline exactly what you've done so far. It most definitely sounds like a compatibility problem (old version meaning the loader will crash).

Ensure you run LaunchGTAIV.exe as an administrator as well.

@DJStRiZz1999 .95 comes with an installer that allows you to select what to install, with the recommended mod loader (file to allow GTA IV to load modified files). It also allows you to sync your game with the website to track your crime statistics live (excellent feature).

In terms of police cars You have to download them Or use the regular cars But if you use car mods download spark iv and look up a tutorial about it and sirens u can use the regular sirens and u can also change it But The GTA IV HAS TO BE LEGIT NOT DOWNLOADED! And also Go On rockstars site and download the latest patch if lcpdfr dons't work.

secl. from C-1 to higher?

@Marocadnan Hi mate, my default keys were Alt M to bring up the ELS hud, then U and I for changing between primary and secondary light modes. Hope this helps friend.
