I just miss wrestling back in the day. It was one of my main interests from like '89 - 2003ish, but then I just felt like it lost something and I stopped watching it and I hear about it at work from some people, but it sounds so un-interesting now.

My uncle use to record all ppv's on vhs, including Over the Edge '99. I've never seen the tape but my Dad says that my uncle said they show him falling. Besides, why would they cut to a promo while he made his entrance from a ceiling? Either my uncle was wrong (He is kinda old) or you don't see any of the footage because YouTube would just keep taking it off.

ok, what happened was they showed a pre-taped interview with Blue Blazer (Owen) and during that he was in the rafters fixing to beginning hanging to go down, he fell during the promo. They think he had pulled his cape to adjust it and the stupid quick release harness released, Vince made him put that one on and not have a back-up harness not thinking what could happen. people who invesigated talked to the creator of the harness, and they said it wasnt even made for humans, theyre stupid RIP Owen
