im trying to blur over an object that is diagonal so is there a way that i can rotate the blur or something. im trying to make it look like im holding a light sabor so i also want to change the color to like red or blue of somehting

i have a few questions about FCE. 1) when ever i play somehting it makes a beep beep sound as it goes along, i dont know if thats bad but its kinda of annoying, how do i fix that. 2) when i put the blur effect up all the way it doesnt show any change, at all. i dont know whats wrong

u have to render wat u did 1st

go rite on top go on transitions>render all
