I like this because I'm learning to play the same beats. I can't play the fast hardcore beat - the one where the video fades out. Two hi hats for every snare hit seems crazy fast. More practice, I know. Cheers

screw down the top of your cymbal! put a top on it! it decreases ur ability to use it in rapid succession and the harder hits u can get from it plus it can damage ur cymbal not having it tightened down.

just start off by practicing simple beats a a slow pace and gradually speed up. If you keep practicing that for a couple weeks the quick double bass will come naturally without even thinkin about it. :)
