I think this was pre-cocaine addiction, when he had some success in Australia before coming to the states. He's just a very young, skinny kid here. He looks and performs so much better these days. His concerts are so awesome!!! Love you Keith!

Only You was released in 1991 on Keith's self-titled album (as eyeluvku has mentioned above) from the same year. To start with, it was released only in Australia, but was later re-released by EMI in 2005. It is the first track on the album and remains my favourite Keith Urban song to this day.

I heard this live at a small local concert when he was a supporting act. Loved it then and love it now.
