  • So lady are you SUPPOSED to bring your arm that far down i have been working out for 4 months but i dont turn the dumbell like that and i dont go that far down i go down untill my arm is at 90 degrees is your way better?

  • wow great video. I recently started working out and didn't realize I was putting that force on my elbow, I now feel a burn on my bicep.. it was confusing me.

  • great video. you sure know everything you are talking about.just a little advise, use good quality film or camera for the videos to look good.also give due importance to lighting.
