Dennis is the man, but most of you are right. The human body can only produce so much natural testosterone to build muscle. Without steroids, gaining the same amount of body mass of the pros, and holding it is impossible. But you can still get to a pretty descent size worthy of competing in most shows by your standard diet, and supplement routine. It just takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get there.

well according to my buddy...with steroids, alot of the weight gain is from water retention, and alot of gains(mass, strenght) are lost post cycle. But with gh, igf-1, and stuff like that, the gains are more permanant post cycle, and pct is less drastic

@Troublesome92 HGH needs to be injected daily.. and takes at least 3 months before you see any results, but the results u get are pretty fcking good. HGH makes u build new muscle cells, aswell as bone tissue and organ tissue (big belly) while steroids only makes the current cells bigger.
