You have to copy the actual folder, not the contents, so extract files to desktop or wherever. Open it, then copy and paste it into Oblivion Data. Then find the esp file and copy and paste into Oblivion Data. Sorted.

Also, open up Oblivion and click Data Files, then check the box and click Ok, not the X at the top.
