What about all the innocent people the IRS terrorizes on a daily basis? Many may think it is legal for them to tell people to pay their taxes, but some IRS agents themselves do not file tax returns because there is absolutly no law on the books that says you have to (for a vast, vast majority of the population). Well, I do confess realmann- I wasnt terrorized in the slightest by the twin-towers / pentagon attacks. There's no chance I'd EVER go to NYC- not even to visit!

I say we label Joe Stack a Terrorist, & every member of any political affiliation he may have had.
Further, I say we list every citizen with a voting car a terrorist, or any person who has served int he military.
We know now that the President & the Attorney General can declare anyone a terrorist/ enemy combatant, so lets see what happens when the electorate know that they in fact r "enemies of the state" & let the die be cast, let the "surge" push forward, let the war begin. Hell- lets see!

What about all the innocent people the IRS terrorizes on a daily basis? Many may think it is legal for them to tell people to pay their taxes, but some IRS agents themselves do not file tax returns because there is absolutly no law on the books that says you have to (for a vast, vast majority of the population). Is the Income Tax constitutional? No! As an un-apportioned tax it is not. The 16th Amendment was never properly ratified. The IRS are a mafia-like bully upon the American people.
