Depends on wat kinda party u want if u want hard hitters for combo then its better to take anastasia n joachim plus yuri n blanca.Another factor is how far r u into the game already n have u completed the sidequest to get lucias ultimate weapon?if u did a mstake then u wont get so if it were id abandon her n take the for i just metioned hahaha

you can buy Lucia's ultimate weapon, the nemesis fan in the junk shop in paris for 100,000 cash if you screw up the sidequest.
