The Miss Heilala Pageant is Tonga's annual beauty pageant held in honor of the Crown Prince's (he's now the reigning sovereign, HM King George Tupou V) birthday. The 'heilala' is Tonga's national flower, usually worn by the royalty/nobility in cultural events. Miss Williams is Tongan & probably part palangi cos of her surname. She's a graceful dancer, wonderful job, esp. the floor part!! Wunnerful, malie!!

@seafoodlover4...hey there, yes the heilala pageant is a tongan pageant held in tonga every year! the winner usually represents as miss tonga in the south pacific pageant toward the end of the year every year! she did the siva samoa for her talent...enjoy!
