I've been looking for this advert for ages - it was definitely the best one ever - what people in the advertising industry call "knocking copy". It sure took the mickey out of all those Coke adverts.

I must have seen this when i was 5 years old, and have never forgotten this jingle! One of the best ads ever in IMO. I now live in Australia where this drink does not exist :'(

Aah memories! I was a little kid in the North West of England when this first came out. I loved Irn Bru then and I still do now, best non alcoholic drink in the world! 'Not a drink from those crazy yanks!' I've raved about this ad for years since so it's so good to finally see it again!

Brilliant, a rememeber we used to violently re-enact the vending machine butt at school. Glory days! Ad love to see the advert where the wee ginger guy used tae shout "Hey you, where's my IRN BRU?". Am sure his bottle got ran over by a steam roller but never smashed. Cannae find it in here though.

This is probably the only instance of advertising that actually consciously made me buy more of a product. Irn Bru was and is the coolest "juice" ever and take it from me, in Scotland (Glasgow especially) there really is NO other soft drink. Barrs, I salute you.
