An idea for people who want to heal their sight (yes, it's possible, a lot of people have succeeded) : I do EFT videos with full screen, and WITHOUT MY GLASSES; it is very interesting to see the variations of my sight, probably in function of my emotions : sometimes, I've flashes of nearly clear vision, some seconds after, my vision becomes very confused, at other moments, it doesn't change for some seconds. I've not healed yet, but all that are interesting experiences, which probably help.
Thank you for this great video. I've looked at it very often, it's really my medecine when I'm stressed. Incredibly efficient, as far as I can judge by the many yawns that happen to me at this moment (it's a real sign of relaxation); I love all EFT videos, but for that, this one is very special : perhaps because you speak a lot of physical feelings (tense muscles, breath, and so on).
I used this shit on a toothache. It hurt like a motha fucka! I used this, but said about the toothache, and the shit went away, and stayed away for weeks....NO BULLSHIT. I didn't believe this crap, til I did it. Also cured my panic attacks. Crazy, f**k meds.
You are amazing, I'm 12 and I have stress and panic attacks all the time. Especially like talking in front of my class and such. We all have to say speeches soon and my class has 32 people in it. How do I get over this fear before I go up? I can't do this in class sadly. My cheeks turn red, I start shaking uncontrollably, I can barely talk. Please help me!
@LittleGlitterGal Your problem reminds me of back when i was in school. I suffered with the same exact problems you have while speaking publicly, i still actually have problems with it and im now 32. I've tried everything from medication to being hypnotized and nothing has helped. what you need to do is try your best to stay calm and just breathe. Do not worry about what other kids think or say, trust me when you get to be my age it will not matter one bit.
@LittleGlitterGal the most important thing is to try your best to control your breathing, try to picture yourself anywhere else but infront of your class giving your speech. Remember DONT WORRY ABOUT WHAT YOUR CLASSMATES THINK OR SAY. Good Luck and please let me know how your speech goes!!!
@LittleGlitterGal A trick, for speaking in front of my class in University, was saying that my feelings were "excitement" rather than stress. When u tell your body something positive, like the pounding of your heart is happy, rather than something negative, your body/mind readjusts itself & u get through it. Also practice your speech over & again @ home & in front of trusted people, that builds confidence so that u get through it quickly & its done well, when in front of classmates...good luck!
Just curious ... anyone out there ever have anxiety attacks so bad that your jaw clenches shut, you tremble and convulse uncontrollably, barely able to move, go fully rigid, and sometimes bite your tongue because you shake too hard?
I would get this checked out medically if I were you and double check there is not an underlying physical cause such as epilepsy etc. Sending every blessing and good wish to you for happier days ahead :)
@sukascot I should do that. I had read up somewhere that there is a type of epilepsy that is caused when people experience too much external stimulus and it isn't necessarily something to do with the typical cause of epilepsy. Brain fart - I can't remember what it's called. I'll try to look it up again and suggest it to a (holistic/naturopathic) doctor, if I am ever able to visit one.
@DayMare2000 From what I have been learning everybody gets anxiety/ panic attacks in different ways. That is that it manifest itself differently in many people. Some get rashes, stop breathing right, get dizzy, faint, can't focus, intense fear, social anxiety and digestive problems/ emergencies just to name a few. The more often you go though an experience like this the more trauma builds up and the worst it can get.
I was at a 4 and now I'm at a zero, but I also feel brainwashed, like I learned something extra I can't put my finger on, and I've got a duty to perform some day when the trigger is given.
