Theres also a weighing trick when your buying indivitual packs. Feel at least 5 packs and whichever one is the thickest buy it. Trust me that there will at least be a holo. Ive did this twice I pulled Arceus& Tangrowth level X in one pack and a luxray holo in the other so pretty good

Actually, the POP packs sortof have a trick. Although there isn't always a rare, if there is, its always in the middle.
