Mount, Blink & Glitch Through Walls - WoW patch 4.3

lol i blinked trough mountain in stormwind and then it disconnected now every time i try to log back to my character i disconnect straight away :(

@MrAntibeast That is rare, but happens if you blink into more solid terrain. Do not worry, it will go away, just wait about 30 minutes and log back in, you should be fine then.

@Poet0fDarkness666 The column going up to wkm is too steep, nearly vertical. You need something less sheer. In the video I show myself doing it outside of Orgrimmar... do it there, then fly under Org to wkm and fly up into it.

@1michaelsvlogs I'm not sure if you mean the blinking through walls, or if you mean the disconnect-mount through walls... but neither have been fixed. Everything shown here still works.

Still works, used it to get to uninstanced zul'aman, failed to get ontop of dawnstar spire though lol, i only used soem shitty noggenfogger which stopped working and i fell down and died infront of the spire, anyways a huge thanks for being such an great explorer

Hmpph.. do I need to be in a raid to use this macro?(: Pauper here from Team Glitch Happy.. been doing some glitches lately. Couldn't figure out how to get the mount trick to work!

@Pauper1 You should be able to use the macro any time. I just checked again tonight and it still works.

@TheWizardTrokair Yeah.. for some strange reason I had to get the macro from a different video, it had a different number in it. But it works, I have been looking around for some cool stuff on my Mage. I really want to find something big and new.. everything is the same and I have seen it all!

@VanAelAlex Unfortunately no... because it not only requires a flying mount, but requires that you be FLYING on that flying mount. None of the dungeons allow flight.

I must say, all around this is 10/10 of a video! The glitch to mount through walls was definitely a staple exploit everyone should know, and it's nice to see that it's still around. Not only that though, but you also helped introduce some new and interesting concepts! The class music (one of my favorite bands I should say) just makes it even better! It's peculiar how terrain is treated like an object with Blink. I can definitely see some promise for the future with this talent. Very nice!

Nice job trokair.. I knew the d/c and mount up and getting through walls and the tiger but i had no idea about the mage thing and i am a mage... lol how stupid can i be! RAOV told me about getting pat the in game being a mage a long time ago before anyone knew with blink and i was like oh cool but they never told me how lol and now i do :P thanks so much for this awesome video

Just as amazing i thought this would be, thanks wizard, i always try your tricks out and it works everytime :), also, the first place shown in the video, the day before 4.3 you were also able to mount glitch right through an wall there a little bit to the left i think it was and voila, another way outside deepholm, i managed to record it and will upload it at some point, thanks for inspiring me and good luck !

Is it still possible to get through the roof in Cleft of Shadow @ Orgrimmar? I've tried some myself, but I cant manage to get through..

@teskuz It should still be possible, doing it the same way you used to and using this DC method. Just takes a bit of work/timing. Good luck.

@gerry1888 I have heard rumors that Darkmoon Faire Island is located on the Northrend map, somewhere beyond the southern blue end-game wall... but I have not seen it myself.

Surely someone with a good machinima or hack program will discover the truth soon enough... or a dedicated explorer with some tricks up their sleeve.

How easy is the mage blink through terrain glitch? You mention it existed in 4.1 - I've never experienced it myself despite a fair amount of exploring.

@minpolik Very easy my friend... literally just point your flying mount toward a mountain and blink into it. You have to be flying. Very steep inclines work the best, like a mountain you can't run up.
