Those judges and lawyers aren't genuinely concerned about a "child growing up fatherless." That isn't the real reason for holding a man, who's not the father of the child, financially responsible. They could easily track down the real father of the child if they wanted to. They have the resources to do it; and they could very well force the cheating wife to identify the real father of that child--she knows who he is. But they have turned this tragedy into commerce and it doesn't matter who pays.

We get married, she cheats and has a kid, and i pay for it, then i will prove its not mine with science and we will get a divorce based on those terms. She will receive no more child support and unfortunately if she is unsuitable to raise the child on her own, she will lose those rights too.

Pretty hard for people to research the law sometimes. But either way, 2 years is retarded. Seems like this law takes a giant crap on TRUTH and FACTS. We need a constitutional amendment prohibiting any state or territory from presuming the paternity of a child in absence of a DNA test. Interesting that conservatives are up in arms over gay marriage but ignore paternity fraud, the REAL threat to the family.
