This video is 1) Taken out of context, and 2) In violation of PCN TV's copyrights. Rick Santorum was not talking about his concern for the Tea Party, he has always been for the Tea Party. What the video cut out was the whole beginning to question, which made it clear that he was worried about the Libertarian movement. Get the facts right.

Since we live in an age where we have actual footage of someone saying things, then we need to allow freedom of the press and freedom of speech to quote them the same way we are allowed to quote people in print. Using 49 seconds of footage is akin to quoting 3 lines in a blog. I fail to see how the content is under more protection simply because it is film.

Ron Paul is trying to refashion conservatism, but the Tea Party includes only about 5% of it in total that support Ron Paul. Ron Paul's supporters have gone off the deep end. I attended a group in the area that I live for awhile, then when I learned the organizer was a drug addict (Ron Paul) supporter, I stopped going. That is the kind of supporter that Ron Paul has. Did you see the edit right before he said "oppose it"? If that were one continuous piece of video with no edit in the middle of the key sentence, I might believe Mr., Santorum said that. However, it was unnecessary to edit it if he said that he opposed TEA Party, unless there was something said there that needed to be taken out in order to make it seem as though he opposed the TEA Party.
