  • that thing is huge. might as well carry around a netbook if you want a small thing that uses XP.

  • thats not a phone thats a huge XpSP

  • Waste of time and money making that bull shit whats wrong with people..

  • too big~~

  • as an idea is good however only 600 mhz processor

  • not very effective.

IMO instead of smartphones people can have a cheap cell phone for calls/sms and a small netbook for anything else

  • This is perfect. Just what I'm after.

  • I was there... and held that very model.. it's a good idea... but holy crap it is heavy

  • fucking huge! but the concept is awesome.

  • wowowo. chinese company

  • Damn, this thing is SMALL for a PC, and you still get a phone. I would say it's a step in right direction, shrink it a little bit more (lets say OQO with half a thickness) and I'm in.

    Becouse:

GPS for a car, front camera for skype, full browser, games (old ones I presume), usb host (quite useful), multiple desktops (with an app), in home use laptop keyboard through wifi (with an app) and big monitor, you can play movies at your friends home, just plug monitor/projector.

  • shit that thing is huge!!!!! makes my nokia N900 look more compact than a baby rizla packet!

  • Its a brick! Does it eaven fit in a pocket ?

  • as a phone, it is by far too .... big

  • Is this phone released yet?

  • do you know what communism actually is

  • i think it release in china already, but Im not really sure

  • some one on the internet was selling this phone but it seemed to be fake people claiming there selling this phone. this phone is not even available in Asian not yet. there is small laptop that you can buy on Amazon called ( UMID mbook M1) $499 but XP 0.69 pounds take a look at it . good luck. make not come to the USA the XP phone. it more talk then action for this video your watching

  • wow, it's so huge. why not just by a netbook. cool idea though.

  • Just read on TechDesire[DOT]com that this device wud be having Windows7.. Is it true? I wanna get this soon.... :x

  • stupid video .. so less of info...

  • Can i sit when that phonezilla is in my pocket ?

People don't do heavy work while on the move(except for stupid geeks who masturbate watching steve blowjobs on pcmag) so i think putting a desktop os on a phone is a very bad idea.

  • @babesvids yes i totally agree, one stupid idea after the other one... even the iphone is huge for packets. I personally have a normal sony ericsson mobile for calls, a vaio netbook on the move and a big powerful laptop for work.

  • Great Phone And Everything but... eh... its a bit too big... Im gana stick with the Nokia N900

  • Battery life should be better, but I like the concept of a pocket netbook or UMPC with touchscreen and voice/phone capabilities.

  • oqo model 2 anyone?

  • thats so stupid

  • It's ok. I'm likin it.

  • is too big!

  • that what i'm talking about

  • OMG BRICK! :)))) two hands bb! :)))

  • Is it "GameGear"? =]

  • well it only took 10 years for those giant 80s phones to shrink, so now we play the waiting game......

  • I rather the touch pro 3 aka leo 4.3 display size is enough for me.

  • a little bit too thick for my pocket. they should make it a little bit more slim then it would be perfect

  • xpPhone FTW !

  • It looks like a fat Nokia N900 that had one to many Hamburgers. Thank god you get a really tiny Bluetooth headset when making phone calls or it would be really funny holding that brick to your ears. I saw the white version recently at an expo, i must admit it looks nice, and they have slimmed it down a bit, and made the screen bigger. This clip is 4 months old and that was just a prototype.

  • N900 with too may hamburgers lol... indeed this is just too large for common use in my pocket. Seems more like a tablet to me.

  • αυτό δεν είναι κινητό, είναι μπουζούκι χαχαχα, τι μ@λακίες θα δούμε ακόμα

  • it look bigger than a psp.

I would rather have a psp phone :P

  • Are these people just too fucking cheap to hire design teams?

  • too big O_O

  • huh? nice =-) But i Think, "HTC Shift" is much better =-) maybe it isn't so, but i respect HTC for really good smartphones =-) the only thing i miss is the 3.5 mm port for headphones =-)

  • look at the guy at the end. lol

  • Wow im just thinking is an all-in-one because u can been on the phone and run windows but this is welll creative i like it...This is implemented very detailed but as we know things come with complicaitons

  • I agree with others i have been waiting for someone to make this device live...I would love to test this prototype definitely

  • I am a very intrigued by this device. I would love to be involved in testing one for you. I have been waiting for someone to come up with this. I am always on my phone and texting. plus i enjoy surfing the web. I am an electronic engineer so this is like a dream phone.

  • Great, now I can get the BSOD & Viruses in my pocket. How the hell do you re-install Windows if something goes wrong? But look at it this way: Portability+DesktopOS+Flash= MOBILE PORN

  • you hit the point i guess :D

  • you can re-install from flash... i think... :)

  • Hell no. id buy that but not for no damn phone...more as a laptop or "netbook" but nah thats too big to be my phone.

  • think bout Bluetooth connectivity u wont have to hold it as a phone

  • qall your commments sucks , all u say is its big and thick , it has windows xp it can get better then that and + its a good size compire it with an portable computer or station it is very small

  • LOL

    iphone's enough for me

  • lol

  • what a shit....they call this a phone?? its way too big

  • and it weight 400g

  • It's as big as a brick. No wonder how XP can be installed on it. It's like a netbook with some smart phone functions and u can't put it in your pocket. Imagine when you have a call, really stupid !

  • He clearly said it's a PROTOTYPE

  • @growingup2204 True is big but ideal for some who uses the computer feature more than those who makes occasional phone calls. Another bonus advantage is potential theives would look else where for a slimmer phone to steal.

  • @growingup2204 That's the reason there is bluetooth headset.

  • @growingup2204 So, what about Galaxy Note? That's a huge piece of tech either.

  • @reparatorii doesn't mean it's as big, thick, heavy, ugly, stupid as this so called phone.

  • fuuuuuuuuu

  • if they shrunk it id be insane

  • I like that it has a webcam. Looks like it even has it on both sides. That's the only reason I haven't bought the OQO 02+.

I have an OQO 02 but attaching a webcam isn't very practical. :(

  • A bit thick but other than that looks like an awesome device.

  • This is both beautiful and useful. I'm gotta get this. Frak the Viliv S5.

  • That's horrible.

  • That's very ugly...

  • It's about time! Windows Mobile is cool, but its not as cool as windows xp. I want the Mbook, but I want something that small with a Phone inside it. HELL YEAH! Firefox 3, VLC, and everything PLUS it can call people, text, and use 3G inside windows xp.

  • oo nice, i wonder how much is it gonna go for when it comes out.

  • Second comment!!!
