Thunder Force series really isn't a SEGA developed game.

The Guardian's Heart was a super Micro-procesor that just somehow started to become intelligent on its own and felt that humans were a nuissance. In comes The Thunder Force to save the earth and put that stupid computer back in its place. ^_^

This was an incredible Saturn game - loads prettier than the PSX one. Oh, and I disagree about the story - for a shooter, TFV's plot was quite comprehensible, and actually had an awesome throwback to TFIV (the remains of the original TFIV ship were salvaged by an alien civilization, advancing their technical progress and allowing them to build a SkyNet-like planetary computer system, which, as these things usually do set out to destroy them)

lol the first time i heard it i was like what the heck! Jeeze the first time i actually made it to the end I was asking the heck was going on. it wasnt until the 4th time getting there that i got the monologue and its meaning, from there the whole story made sense

This is awesome! I have TFIII and have 4 on rom. Great series. I didnt like 1 and 2 as much but this looks pretty intense.

I've never played a Thunder Force, they look fun from the videos. I played the other series by the same company Raystorm and Raycrisis which are also amazing

I love your reviews, but every single game you review you give good marks. with an exception of the first classic game room reviews, I don't even have to watch your HD reviews because I already know (sense your reviewing them) they will be good games. Maybe I'm complaining about something really stupid because nobody wants to know about crappy games anyway. But I would like to see some horrible games just for the hell of it.

Oh I don't know, killing the baddies with a whisper might just work. They could call it Crulling Force named after a combination of a culling song and your craw. Seriously though, I enjoy the inaudible half computerized voices for the series, it's part of its plot and charm.

Can't wait for part 2 and TF6!
