  • I would beat that little bitch in the chevy for that.

  • Well, I'm no truck nut, but wouldn't this battle be a matter of "who has more traction", than "who has more power"?

  • @singingabc123 Yep. The heavier truck will win these 90% of time.

  • @singingabc123 Precisely

  • 1: older trucks 2: the 2011 chevy 2500 6.5 duramax pulls a 4-place snowmobile trailer (inclosed) better than a 2011 dodge with a 6.7 cummings....

  • @dicin29 Its cummins, and most of us cummins fans really dont like the 6.7s... thats why we stick with our 12vs...

  • @dicin29 CUMMINS!!! NOT CUMMINGS!!! NO FUCKING G IN CUMMINS!!! ITS A FUCKING NAME!!! YOUT NOT BLOWING YOUR LOAD!!! sorry, bout that, i just dont understand why people call it a cummings and not a cummins

  • @redneck430 actully i dont give a shit buddyabout you grtting mad at me, but i understand bout the name i spell it voth ways

  • la duramax 6,5 de mi hermano no pudo con una carga de 12 toneladas y mi cummins lo hizo apenas pero lo hizo

  • bring back the detroit!!!!

  • let me put this plain in simple....ppl who own chevys have anger issues and cant take a lose against a better vehicle

  • completely different cummins engine.!!!

  • One more thing... The Catapiller engine is better than all of them. The Cummings engine is the best option right now. It is a tried and trued engine. I never seen a Duramax on a Peterbuilt, Kenworth or any other Semi-Truck, only Cummins. Theres a reason for that! The last time I checked, Cummings was the only engine rated as medium duty, the others, Ford and GM were not rated at all.

  • Here is the facts... The 6.6 liter Duramax is produced by DMAX, a joint venture between GM and Isuzu in Moraine, Ohio. Basically GM decided to buy the technology instead of develop it on their own. Dodge decided to buy their engine from Cummings. Dodge figured it was better to buy the best medium duty diesel then to go through the pain of developing their own. The Cummings engine is only 6 cylinders vs the Duramax V8 and it still has comparable power and torque with approx 40% less parts also.

  • @raymondmedeiros How can you be such a expert on all diesel engine;s, and can;t spell cummins? There is no damn "G"!!!!!!

  • @caniwitech I am definitely no expert when it comes to Diesels however, I have the mechanical aptitude necessary to compare and contrast facts and real world testing. I am a Computer Network Engineer and have worked with several Mechanical Engineers in the past that helped develop the modern Caterpillar Engine from its early prototype stages. During this testing they used several other Diesel Engines to compare it to which is how I came to my conclusion. #1 Cat, #2 Cummins.

  • when i grew up i always heard chevys were cheaper to build! then i found out why! junkyard is full of chevys is why!

  • tug o wars are just for dumbasses who cant treat their pickups right or usually lift their pickups(small pecker syndrome)

  • duramax is fuckin izuzu you chevy lovin queer... its foreign garbage that cummins will rape this durmax or any other duramax any day

  • @sboydlovespuss actually duramax passed cummins in the 2011 model, with 800 ft of torque and 420 hp.

  • @sboydlovespuss fuck you dipshit look anywhere you like online diesel power mag and ull see duramax is built by gm.. and fuck atleast gm builds their own engine when dodge runs to cummins to use theirs haha

  • @xposr2vicious Who gives a fuck who makes it whenever its the strongest damn engine out there?

  • Duramax isn't made by izuzu they are mode buy a company named Dmax, and they ARE built in America. And your all saying that they chevy kept going after they were waving, the dodge was still going to.

  • @danraich Duramax was designed by Isuzu, and is assembled by GM. Still makes it an Isuzu engine even if it's built in the USA. Isuzu owns the Duramax name.

  • @Diesel4me2 yeah you're stupid. Duramax is owned by Dmax, a GM brand

  • @Diesel4me2 yeah isuzu helped design it but general motors fully owns the name and builds them.. unlike dodge who just ran to cummins to put an engine under their hood..

  • @Diesel4me2 Guys don't talk about the origin of the engines these days the most of them are ''bastards''.Cummins diesel 5.9 ,6.7 even the big trucks' engines are designed by iveco an italian truck constructor.

  • @Diesel4me2 General motors OWNS duramax and currently builds duramax FUCKTARD.!

  • @danraich Duramax is designed MOSTLY by Isuzu and its just built in the US

  • @danraich actually my dmax says made my isuzu right on the air filter box and its a 04 model

  • @adamgrizzell2 bet you dont even own a duramax

  • @danraich No, it plainly says Isuzu on the right side valve cover.

  • @caniwitech full of shit dude

  • @xposr2vicious I know you are, thanks for noticing. If you don;t believe me, go out and LOOK. Right side valve cover, towards the front. There is the engine's build sticker, and it plainly says Isuzu. Please go check before you respond, I

  • is it just me or are almost all chevy drivers cocky douche bags?

  • @nevadacoalrollers

Yeah most of em nowadays are... I drive a 65 Chevy C20 around town....my daily driver... I'm cool :) But for the long distance trips over 200 miles or so, I drive a loaded 2000 Mercury Mountaineer with the 5.0 V8 sunroof, power everything, leather, AWD...

But its true most that drive newer Chevys are cocky about it.

  • @nevadacoalrollers no its not just u bro most of the new chevy drivers are way to cocky most are stupid ass kids who dont know shit about trucks they just let others put shit in there head

  • @chuteboxewand1 says the 19 year old that probably doesnt own anything remotly close to what hes talking about...

  • @redmp68 sorry to shut u up kid but i drive a 2007 dodge ram 1500 crew cab with a hemi and am about to buy a 05 dodge ram 2500 crew cab with the cummins so yea dont talk when u dont know dumbass

  • @chuteboxewand1 right im the dumbass...listen slick, first off im not a kid, second if thats true where are you videos of your rigs...all talk. You know as much about these rigs and any kid with too much time spent on google.

  • @redmp one question ur talking about my truck wtf do u drive and ill put up some pics of my truck later on dont worry

  • guy in the chevy was a bitch, he got his ass kicked but he had to be a little girl and pull him back like a jackass after it was all done. what a bitch.....

  • If I were to tank truck brands based off personal preference I'd be like this going from best on left to worst on right.

    Dodge>Ford>Chevy>Toyota

  • its funny how the chevy wasnt in fourwheel drive until the dodge pulled it around like a ragdoll

  • once agin... an older cummins just shut down a piece of durashit :)

  • i got a 6.5 td that will out run a stock 12v but as soon as you put a fuel pin and a new fuel plate and play with the waste gate its over for me

  • good ole youtube people on here can make anything sound like shit

  • gm still rules, no matter the outcome, dodge nor ford can top it, and not only in pick ups, but in cars, vans, suvs, and crossovers

  • dodge is not owned by fiat retards, chrysler is a business partner with fiat just like dodge is a business partner with cummins

  • Dodges are pieces of shits. My friends 93 chevy outpulled a 94 dodge diesel today

  • @sethstafford1991 yea this video proved how badass chevys are ha dumbass

  • @sethstafford1991 Are you serious? Never call a Dodge a piece of shit man. Not cool. Lets see a video of your friend doing that. I find that very hard to believe, unless the Chevy was modified.

  • @torque395 let me tell you something you dumb ass son of a bitch, im not bagging on chevy and ford, and im not saying that dodge is the best yer the only dumb mother fucker here that says "oh yeah dodge sucks, the should fall off the earth", yer a dumbass go read your facts you stupid son of a bitch

  • @hoythunting1 Ive already proved that "yer" the dumb stupid son of a bitch. I'm not the one getting all pissed off over words on a screen. However, I retract my statement saying you are 15. I now think that youre about 12. I know what I know and IMHO dodge is SHIT. Thus I own ford and chevy. chevy has 260,000 miles on it and the engine transmission and rearend have never been touched. For that matter it still has factory rear brakes and ALL wheel bearings.

  • @torque395 let me tell you something, if yer chevy has 260,000 miles, it dose not have factory rear brakes, you just dug yourself a hole because your talking to somone who actually knows what theyre talking about and no truck goes 260,000 miles without new brakes unless you use yer feet to stop it!

  • @hoythunting1 Yes! It does have the original brakes. I am the second owner, my boss is the original owner and he says the rear brakes have never been changed. The front ones have several times, as they do most of the stopping, but the rear ones have not. They even had the push on clips over the lugs that retain the drum on the axle from the factory. I just pulled them off for the first time on saturday and had them turned.

  • @torque395 ive been around trucks longer than you can shake a stick so just shut up!

  • @torque395 yer such a faggot kid, go play with yourself or maybe look up your facts, GM almost went belly up also so shut yer fuckin mouth kid, yer a dumbass that needs to know yer facts befer ya run yer mouth

  • @hoythunting1 hey dumbfuck go get a life and a job instead of sitting on here telling people to buy your brand name of jap made junk shit that you seem to call "dodge" and if you want to stop sitting on your ass in front of the computer and prove that your precious "dodge" vehicle you speak of is tough, then lets go hook it up to my 4x4 civic EVO 2ND GEN 1.6 TURBO with THERMOPLAST airdams and a SUPER vortex generator spoiler and you'll be sorry man and then go stick that dodge up your ass!

  • @torque395 well you obviously dont know what the fuck your talking about because dodge will beat any ford or any chevy, dodge makes the best motors hands down and all ford is good for is leather seats, chevy makes decent axels and chasis but dont talk shit about what you dont know because dodge makes a better motor than any truck so read up on your facts before you run your mouth

  • I say the 'max won. It takes alot to start pulling a moving vehicle backwards, which it did a little and i'm not talking about at the end after the dodge backed off. Another issue is weight and weight transfer. An older dodge with a heavy cast iron engine vs a newer chevy with a lighter half aluminum engine = not much weight up front for the drove wheels. Plus without seeing it in person and on both sides, you never know who had better tires and if one truck had posi and one truck was open.

  • thats BS the dodge already pulled that izuzu past the line! cummins took it hands down

  • @toobsrider067 Holy s*** Grow the F*** up! I Don't see why people hate each other over just what type of engine they run or brand they drive, My buddy at work has a F*** Ugly Toyota tundra and do I hate him? No. Also its not that one engine is the best they all have strenghts and weaknesses And it also matters on the terrain how much power you're getting to the ground and Four wheel drive or two. So I say we all just get drunk and be merry. End of Story. -Mikey

  • @snowrider440 wow your dumb and i mean really really dumb. cummins is built for low end tourqe (towing) not speed, althought some idiots would like to think otherwise. ok........ hot shit mr im the fucking man because i have what i think is a fast truck and a little penis.

  • not really, it was a joint venture 50% isuzu 50% GM but GM owned 49.5% isuzu untill 06. its been produced in Ohio since the beginning of production. it was designed in ohio not japan. so how is it Isuzus engine if GM produced it and owned basically half of the company?

  • but isuzu made the duramax for chevy like cummins built for dodge and international built for ford, but chevy realized the motor was crap and just made it themselves and it turned out not so bad after that

  • @MMAdeofstone but if GM owned half of the company then how can you say isuzu made it when in actual fact GM kinda made it depending on how you look at it i guess. i mean im more of a cummins motor guy but i just hate ignorance of people who say something thats not factual. isuzu was partially owned by GM and isuzu made a engine for GM to use but its basically like GM payed for it because even owning half of a company means you have alot invested in that company and you deserve something back.

  • @zr2chevypickupman. Im not ignorant now pull your head out of your ass and read carefully. Yes GM owned isuzu but that does not mean that isuzu does not halve their own factories, and design team. isuzu designed and built the duramax at first for GM then took over the design and made it the right way. Get your facts straight before you talk

  • @MMAdeofstone it was a joint venture, as in both companys contribute 50% of the effort. the duramax was and always has been built in GM factory's in ohio since it was born. isuzu might have designed it but thats only because DD's fucking sucked and selling DD to Chrysler in like 98 so GM actually made a smart move doing so because Isuzu makes pretty clean economical engines and turning the duramax into what it is now in such short time is pretty impressive.

  • @zr2chevypickupman. No doubt that GM made a smart move and the Isuzu duramax really started a whole new chapter for diesel engines, but much like the PSD 6.0 and the Cummins 6.7 it was a new motor and had a few bugs to be worked out. Oh and sorry about telling you to pull your head out of your ass lol

  • @MMAdeofstone ha no prob man, im a die hard chevy guy but when it really comes to it idc as long as its made in america and has the real sound of power, none of that 4 banger crap and im actually pondering if i should get a 24v cummins or not still on the fence between that or a 1500HD silverado haha. when it comes to who the engine was made by i guess it comes down to how you look at it haha

  • @zr2chevypickupman What year DieselRam are you looking at possibly getting? If you have any questions let me know. I'll be glad to help.

The 12 valvers are awesome rigs too ya know.

  • @Diesel4me2 i was looking at a couple 24 valves sitting in years 00-03 basically whatever is clean and has low miles but i heard that some have bad blocks that crack. And its pretty much impossible to find a 12 valve with low miles now.

  • @zr2chevypickupman the 98-01 "53" block that was made in brazil. if u want a 2nd gen 24v find an 02 with the "56" block

  • @HATERADExrs800 motha licka your a life saverrr, ive also heard that the 3rd gens dont go through injection pumps like the 2nd gens but i could be wrong im not a cummins guy

  • @zr2chevypickupman ya the 03- and up 3rd gen are much more reliable. the lift pump is alot more reliable and they use common rail injection and the cp3 injection pump instead of the vp44 in the 98.5-02. if your stuck on the 98.5-02 also try finding an 02 with a small set of serial numbers (that are hard to read) instead of the "56" b/c it was cast even stronger.

  • @HATERADExrs800 The 53 block is the only one that has had the problems, but not all of them. Only around 750 blocks made it to production before the problem was discovered. If the truck has a 53 block, & over 125,000 on it, then chances are it's good to go. 95% of the 53 block failures happened around 70-95K on the odo, & were covered under warranty. BTW, the Cummins Rams weren't the only vehicles that were affected.

  • @zr2chevypickupman No, the CP3's aren't an issue as long as the fuel supply is sufficient. VP44's are'nt bad either provided fuel flow is kept at the proper levels also.

  • @zr2chevypickupman 2nd Gens late 2000, & into 2001 had the updated casting blocks that didn't have the problem. The "53" series blocks were the issue, but most failed around the 70-105K mark. If it's still running after 125K then your chances of failure are minimal. Only around 750 blocks were affected overall. Not all the failures involved Dodge trucks. Other vehicles with the 53 series blocks had the problem also. Most have been fixed/replaced under warranty already, so no worries.

  • @Diesel4me2 If you can find it, get a FOrd Diesel with a 7.3L Powerstroke, best diesel engine made, other than a Cummins

In my opinion, don't get a Duramax, unless you have a ton of money to fine tune the engine, and from what I've heard, it still won't be perfect

  • dont you fucking hilbillys have corn to harvest.

  • @ND4SPD16Y8 Agreed. False claims mean nothing without video proof.

  • I'd have to see that to believe it.

  • yea you got an american engine in that nissan. otherwise no. no matter what rice burner you got. wont out pull a cummins. or you have no automotive knowledge

  • You must be fucking high. Nissan beating a cummins. dream on faggot.

  • wow that cummins really got it's ass roasted by that chevy!

  • Other way around. Dodge won the event.

  • @krazdmaniak hmmmm........ your sure talking like a potty mouth 8 year old

  • no this is what badass rednecks do for fun small penis guys like you you drive honda civics with fart cannons

  • I actully own both of these trucks and two ford F350s.....and have an amazingly large penis, I think i might be part horse!

  • Cummins...says it all...you cummins with me....hahahaha

  • Haha, temper tantrum indeed. Then embarrassment! Did it cause major damage to the other truck the D-Max hit? Cummins is god.

  • I figured it was the tilt of the camera and the dodges sitting high in the back.

  • I'm wondering if anyone watching noticed it looks like the dodge is going down hill not that caused it to win but could be a factor.

But now to what I really wantd to say it looks as if at about 28-29 range when they start waving their hands the chevy stops and the dodge starts again so the chevy starts and pulls it. And with turbo charged trucks its mainly which truck spools faster because they all make a ton of torque.

  • video said it was done at 32 sec from the time at 28-30 they wave and they stop and then at 32 is when the chevy takes off

  • to arispe04 you are a total tool bag. stop crying because your little wonderful duramax got beat by a cummins. i thought it was iceing on the cake when it broke down after the pull. its funny how pissed duramax owners get when a cummins or something else beats it. all i gotta say is duramx= japanese made pieces of junk

  • Duramax has, and will continue 2 compete with the cummins. It doesn't matter who makes what or where, but it does matter that these 2 trucks has both been proven to be fast on the track, and very successfull on the pulling track. Tony Burkhard has been the TTPA the last 4 yrs in a row. Micheal Tomac was 2yr. winner in the DP Challenge. So before you go saying that Duramax are junk, do your homework. In the end result anybody with money can have a badass DIESEL. Duramax, cummins, or navistar

  • i have done my homework and from what i have seen and read i have to go with cummins, and sorry but who makes it is a big deal to me because im not a fan of foreign products i know alot of people who are like that but yet worship the duramax (doesnt make sense) and in the dp challenge 2009cummins came in first in three of the five events. but i do agree if you have the money you can make anything good it just comes down to what you like and like anybody im going to speak out and defend wat i lik

  • I believe dodge had a diesel truck that was powered with a Mitsubishi diesel motor in the D-series truck. And I'm positive that the truck you are presently driving has foreign parts on it. Yes you are right about DP 2009, but the duramax was right there keeping the fight alive. Defend your Dodge, they are a good trucks. But I'm going to defend my Chevy, and everyone else out there that has the Chevy as well.

  • LOL! The D-50 was a joke. It was a piece of crap too. I still don't know why Dodge chose to put their reputation on the line like that calling it a "D-50", when in fact it was just a re-badged Mitsubi-shit. That's OK, most of them have been turned into something else by now, & those that haven't are finishng rusting out in Grandpa's back yard.

  • i was refering to the motor not the parts of the truck . i will agree its not going to be all 100 percent american made but now of days what vehicle doesnt have foreign parts in it. we would be better off if we went back to making everything oursleves, and go back to quality vehicles all are good trucks they all have their pros and cons and i will admmit its not always cummins or duramx or powerstroke that comes out on top

  • @59cummins67

it didn't break down it hit that other truck

  • ya i saw that after i watched it a few more times but still doesnt change my comment about chevy owners gettin all pissed when it looses. seen to many times nothing against you or anyone else its just from what ive seen

  • @59cummins67, Sounds about right.

  • @59cummins67 thats very true, when a chevy losses to a dodge they throw a fit and when ford losses to dodge, they throw a fit, when dodge losses.........well actually haha dodge never losses

  • dude hellyeah dodge cummins and ford powerstroke is the only way to go...fuck chevy and there independent front end's

  • hahaha powerstrokes they are jokes eat em up all day in my duramax

  • yea they're overpriced ya dip-shit

  • haha did u hear isuzu duramax from ur faggot buddies, isuzu looked over the final plans, GM engenieers did it all,, dodge cummins is a fucken joke,,, its between chevy and ford, yall are to far behind in the race to catch up,, cummins are for faggots who couldnt afford chevy duramax,,

  • You are really dumb if you actually believe what you say....First Dodge Cummins cost more than the Duramax and ..And second I have never seen someone say a Duramax is better than a Cummins you must really know nothing...lol dumb.

  • Comment removed

  • I mean he should of known he was gonna lose why did he get pissed....

  • typical chevy driver....the dodge won and when everyone was waving for them to stop. the chevy kept going

  • YEAH DURAMAX and tranny=toast

  • really that trucks got all suncoast tranny parts in it

  • never mind then i assumed they were stock

  • when did i ever say anything about which one is stronger?

  • Cummins are mated to Allison trannys in the busses, & RV's, along with firetrucks, & other stuff. So...

FYI, The new 68RE that's used in the 07+ Dodge 25-5500, & the Sterling Bullet trucks is a much improved version of the Allison.

  • Preach it brother. Man knows his stuff. Allison is a good transmission but you also have to think of the ball bearing turbo that duramaxes get from the factory. So give stock cummins the turbo and tranny and see the difference.

  • duramaxs is for loosers

  • YES hahaha

  • Durajoke, ha thats hilarious!

  • MercuryMorrison- I'm 20 years old but i know that. Motomike- your looking at brand new truck numbers not older models as both of these trucks are. that 12v is not pushing 350hp but i assure you is turning a lot more torque.

  • what do u mean "crashed his truck?" did he hit somethin or what?

  • Yeah, watch at the end of the clip. It looks like he slammed into something, & everyone yells, & then the clip shuts off.

  • sounded like u joint or shaft broke

  • yeah i hit the truck in front of me

  • gmc is a lbz it aint stock and this was on concrete cummins aired down his tires and had traction bars

  • was this pull on concrete??? and what mods did both trucks have, and don't bullshit me those weren't all stock. a stock dmax has 365 hp and 660 ft. lb of torque, thats been the same numbers for a few years pretty sure give or take a few of each and the brand new 6.7 cummins only has 350 hp and 650 ft. lbs of torque. a stock dmax can overtake a cummins anyday......

  • It was on packed gravel. It was an older, mid 90's Dodge 12V Cummins that had a turned up star valve AKA "smoke screw" with stacks, & a late model chipped out DMAX. The Dmax owner was really pissed.

Sorry man, but Cummins wins the durability/reliability contest, especially when it comes to the long haul. 15 horse, & 10 foot lbs of torque is hardly noticeable in real world conditions.

  • Idiot...Are you really 20 years old? I mean seriously...Are you really that naive? The durashit in this video is not even the same year model..Lemme school you on your own brand of trucks real quick.

    LB7- 2001 to 2004, VIN code 1

    LLY- 2004.5 to 2006, VIN code 2

    LBZ- 2006 to 2007, VIN code D

LMM- 2007.5-present, VIN code That piece of shit chevy in this video looks to be between 2004.5 to 2006. LLY duramax the LMM is the one thats rated at 365hp and 660lb/tq

  • LLY Durajoke = 310 hp and 565 lb/ft

P.S thanks for the laughs (=

  • Actually there is nothing really special at all just the cummins turbo diesel under the hood. it's just the engine.

  • fai enuff but asaly every tranny made from the sixties and up are modeled after te torqueflytes

  • DODGE trucks>gm,ford

  • the only good thing dodge has goin for them is cummins

  • Nope. It's more than just the Cummins in them that makes them great trucks. You obviously don't own a DieselRam judging by that comment.

  • Agreed.

  • You dont know shit, Dodges has the best drivetrain out of any truck, most durable off road suspension, best looks, BEST towing, the list goes on

  • Ya talk to me about towing, I have pulled a grain truck with a load with a total of about 30tons with my 02 1500hd chevy for about 45miles because the clutch blew out of the grain truck. Theres more to it than just numbers. We have yet to have any problems with this truck and right now it is sitting at about 150k. You wonder y I did this? Because all the people aroud town with 3500's and F350's refused to let me use their heavy trucks because they where afraid they would break something...

  • Thats cool man. Chevys are pretty good trucks but theyre nothing special.

  • Wow thats quite a load for a 1500, my dakota towed my 11,3 hay bale trailer and my ram 2500 v20 has gone over the scales at over 33k with the cattle trailer but damn thats a lot for the 1500hd. The 1500hd is one of my fav half tons.

Oh and btw, havnt had any problems at all with my dodges.

  • I'm just as suprised as you are hell it couldnt go over 60 but we made it just burned about 3/4 tank lol. Who needs wreckers when you got a Chevy.

  • LOL thats what im talking about haha.

  • hells ya

  • 60,000Lbs would probably total a 1500 pickup truck from massive frame/axle failure! Curious how you even got the air brakes to work (assuming this is even true), and 5th wheel to hook up to a semi trailer....? No way.

  • Your on a completely different page than me. This is on a GRAIN TRUCK there is no trailer its just a really long truck with a dump box in the back. And obviously it didnt have frame/axle failure because it still drives like a dream with 150k. And there is a way to release airbreaks on 18wheeler trailer just hook an air compressor hose up to the nozzle with a adapter. And the breaks did still work because the compressor is driven by belts, and the clutch went out.

  • no reply thats what i thought

  • No reply to what? I find your story very amusing.

  • Yikes man. Guy in the Dmax needs to learn how to handle a loss. Cant win them all.....In a Duramax...Shoulda got a Ford.

  • Or a Dodge Cummins in this case.

  • thanks man

  • dumb ass in the d max

  • oh i see....the F650 would be sweet to own...but the topkick truck looks cool too....they need to put the allison in the cummins pickups

  • The '07+ Sterling Bullet, & Dodge Cummins trucks now have a 68RE 6 Spd Auto available. It's alot better/beefier than the Allison used in the GM trucks.

  • ya but sterling is a transport truck...i havent drven a new cummins pickup with the new tranny, cause i only go for the ones with a standard in them

  • have u seen the one with the jet turbo in it?

  • a transport truck or a cummins pickup????

  • the f650 those other bitches were talking about

  • no i havent seen a f650 with a jet turbo but i've seen a big rig with twin jet turbos

  • just type it in on youtube.

  • the guy in the gm is a bitch, the dodge won and let it go

  • its true the dura is made by izusu. they all have issues but id rather have a cummins not the new but the late 90s 5.9 they are reliable. but i did have a buddy w/a 99 f350 dually powerstroke w/a chip and exhaust. he gave that truck absolute hell all the time, 5 speed by the way, the truck was stolen then retrieved back w/a few more dents. but it never gave a peep of trouble of any kind and it had well over 3 hundred thou when he sold it.

  • To all the keyboard quarterbacks out there that keep arguing about engines, Dodge built a race Dakota a few years back with a 24 valve Cummins in it. They drove it to the salt flats, broke the land speed record for diesel pickups, and then drove it home averaging 22 mpg. The truth is, Cummins makes truck engines and you will never see a D-max product in an OTR truck... period! I'll take an inline 6 over an aluminum head V8 any day!

  • Sorry, but most people that do any serious towing will choose either Ford, or Dodge to get the job done. Not a truck that overheats easily when you try to pull anything over 10,000 Lbs. up any steep grades. Duramax might go fast, but that's about it. Besides, it's not a good idea to tow heavy trailers going fast. People want control, especially going downhill, & that's where Dodge shines with the built in engine exhaust brake on the '07+ Cummins trucks.

  • honestly the fastest truck up the 7% grade at diesel powers site is a 2006 duramax lbz and still holds that record so you need to check it out a duramax wont win the tug of war race all the time but it will win with the trailer everytime thanx

  • dodge has chev and ford beat by a long shot but chev with the duramax is catchin up because the duramax is a good diesel to run....the torque and hp they have are higher then the cummins but if the cummins had the allison tranny it would be unstopable

  • bmxr81 put a trailer on ur japanese piece of shit and ill put one on mine the same size... and u can watch me run circles around u.... sorry diesel4me2 they are jealous... without allison yall would be gayer then u already are.... then we could put it in the dodge and fix our problem... o yea if i recall its guys puttin the cummins in the chevys and fords... honestly ive never seen a dodge or ford with a duracrap in it.......
