  • I jUST Have a little problem that is i spin very early?

  • thanks soo much this has helped me alot i know can do a full and barani

  • can you not call it a barani if it's a front half

  • Realy nice tutorial man! I landed it on the second try and it helped me to land the backflip to because its like to land a backflip

    Keep it up dude!! :D

  • Yes just to let you know you do not want your baranis how he did the last one with a really early spin it is gymnastically incorrect.

  • When I do my front 180 I only spend 90

  • I can olny spin 90 degrees can someone please help

  • @goorymichael thanks a lot, i have gotten a lot better the 180 since i posted that comment but i can still not quite get a 360. Ill get it with some practice, thanks for the advice

  • I land when i used my hands :( what i most do ?????

  • thanks, i tried this at a local gymnastics place only took 2 tries!

  • A barani is wen u look at the ground the n front 180

  • been trying this for ages and youve really helped, thanks alot!

  • nice vid, im watching this video to explain it to my freinds who dont know how to twist,

but whats the song? ITS NOT REMEMBER THE NAME BY FORT MINOR . obviously, but yeah nice vid.

  • When i try it, i just do a frontflip but when im in the air i just thrust my hands to the side and i can spin 180 deg. I want to do a 360 but with the method im using, spinning harder just makes me land awkwardly and i could get hurt. But i can do a 180 erfectly. Any advice?

  • @srproductions123 what happens when u try 360 .. land on ur back ? .. anyways trusting hands to side is good start but once ur spinning try to get them close to ur body.. if u have enough flipspeed you shouldnt land awkward

  • good vid thx i hope its gunna work

  • thanks for your tutorial! but how do you actually spin? with your hands? with your hips? thanks!

  • i can it on the trampoline but now i will learn it on the floor...

  • 0.42

  • thanks

  • i learned this immediatly after watching thanks so much and i can even 360 to my knees

  • thanks so muchh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is like a frontflip + backflip

  • i con do a full but not a 180 someone help me

  • goin' to try now

  • Woo hoo!!! I finally got it thanks to this vid.

    Heh thanks guys for that.

  • I dnt rlly like this tutorial

You can't just say flip then twist coz I already knew that

To help get the motion jump up a tuck, then untuck and turn. Once it becomes easy try these stepss

    Btw wats the song

  • nice!!! thanks now can i make a old barani

  • thx alot!! this is sooo much cleaner than all the other vids that just say "flip and spin."

  • please show a video of this./

  • what size is your trmapoline thanks m8 ...... exellent

  • @url96 14'

  • thx great tut.. i do find birani's freaky as :D i think its because I front flip way to fast... lol i sometimes overflip on my tramp so that i either flip around again onto my back or flip around untill i hit my face.. :\

But i can land a normal flip :D most of the time

This is pretty much the next step thx!

  • thanks mate i can do it easly now.... great tut :D

  • last summer i could do these and now that it is getting warmer im trying again and i either fall or do a gainer 180 which is awkward to do in the air... just my opinion for people interested in trying to do more advanced flips in general, i feel doing a backflip 360 is way easier than a frontflip 360

  • sweet thanks ill try that in the spring!!! :)

  • Not exactly a straight birani is it....? and what happens to kicking and twisting?

  • @horserider600

not by gymnastics standards. gymnasts are infinitely anal about the term "straight" but for all practical purposes of this tutorial, it is straight enough...

  • Nice tutorial, in my school we call this flip a Bio Flip, I tried it by running onto a trampet but I'm always afraid to try new flips, even though I'm good at gymnastics :(.

  • its called paranai at my school

  • not exactly what id call a straight barani...

  • i used to do trampolining i could almost do a roodie 1 1/2 twist front flip.

  • whats the song name?! Its awesome!

  • not sure..I used audio swap and did random selection...

  • i cant do it i keep sidefliping!!!!!!!!

  • you are probably trying to spin before the apex of your flip.

  • noo its the tecnique u use to spin.

to spin correctly you drop one shoulder to the side and down. you are probably using your feet to spin and it can be dangerous because it can cause an uncrontrollable side corcscrew.

  • @Pageyindahouse yes that is correct..and also what i just said..

  • hi this is a pretty good video u explain it good and ur baranis are nice too :)

  • u cant even do barani so wtf

  • i am up to step 100 rofl doing double backflip and frontflip 180 to backflip...

  • i am up to stage 2!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol, getting closer, had my fuckin appendix out like a week ago so it hurts

  • can anyone tell me what's the difference between a cork and a flip (front and back) with twisting?

  • The twisting technique is similar, but the flipping technique is different. In a cork, you start off with a slant-gainer and therefore you will be slightly lopsided in the air. Usually in a cork you use the kick part of the slant gainer for the angular momentum of the flip. The spin is usually easier to initiate because there is some extra angular momentum around your spinning axis due to the slanted nature of the kick.

  • In a Full you should be doing a straight flip with no kicking involved.

  • good technique because you learn spinning in the air...

  • thnx helpful stuff

  • I think that these are easiest to learn from a diving board, you get more height and more air time!

But I do them so that I can always see the ground and when I get vertical i twist with my shoulders instead of kicking out. I guess it's just personal preference.

  • yeah everyone should eventually get to the point to where they can look at the ground the whole time. This is especially useful when free running and you do it off of something really high and I can just watch the ground so I know how fast to flip.

  • I agree

  • that totally works i do free running and have tried this. it works

  • i can do a full:)

  • How the hell do you guys twist i can do layout but no twist i try twist but my body does not do it =[

  • i pretty much just got baranis after like a year of trying lol.. still nowhere near a 360.., i managed to do a barani off 1m diving board first.. might help when i was upside down i just told myself to twist lol i dno :D gl

  • You will get it if you keep trying. The main thing is not to get discouraged! Most likely it is a timing error; therefore, try, try, and try some more.

  • are you a trampolinist?

i am! and thats not a very good way to learn!

  • For all practical purposes it is a decent way to learn. Most people who need a tutorial online are not going to be trampolinists or want to be gymnastic trampolinists and the "most" proper way to learn would be difficult to teach online. Most trampolinists have instructors and progress very slowly to acquire the proper technique

  • i just jump and throw my shoulder down then continue it like a backflip

  • It works, but I find that when you throw anything down it causes you to kill your height. Everything should be thrown upwards.

  • wow i got way higher thanks

  • yeah i do that and now i land on my face

  • thats how you spell it i thought it was brani or brawni

  • barani

  • ty for this tutorial, it rly helped me :D

  • lol helped =-)

  • I used to be able to do 540°, but now I'm stuck at 360°...

One way I learned barani is just do a normal front flip, and then when you land, jump up in the air and do a 180° spin. Keep practicing that, and after a while, you'll be able to do it during your flip :)

If you can do barani, repeat with 180° extra for a 360

Also, to know which way to spin (left or right)

=> Do a cartwheel. The leg that you put first is your spinning side. So, if you put your left leg first, spin to the left.

  • this is great tutorial..

i go to trampolining club, and i just started leaning buranies yesterday, but i couldn't work our how to twist, but now i can :]

  • This is a very nice tutorial. Check mine out for a alternative way of learning the trick. I spent along time editing it, hope you enjoy!

    Thanks

  • I got this problem when im trying too do 360 (a full) i do 180 spin then i star spin the other way back so it fells like im doing a full/360 HELP HELP HELP!!!!!!!

Can anyone give any tips off how to land it ^^^^^^^^^ Help!

  • yeh i used to do that too, dont worry its also common to just look at the ground while doing a frontflip and think youve done a full. What you need to try is spinning WAY earlier and you should be flying blind at some times

  • very good tutorial, man! 5/5

  • To all you peopleswho knows how to do a 189 front flip this technique is not really hardi learned this by accident when i wasdoing a 180 front flip just set up as you do a regular 180and then when you are in the opposite direction just look behind or beside you and your body will twist in the same position you started in so

    1st face is forward

    2nd face opposite

    3rd when spin should end up forward again :}

  • plz help me!!! i keep trying this and i cant get over the habit of putting my hands down first! basically i do a roundoff!! what shall i do!? plz help me!!

  • Gonna test this tomorrow in our summer cottage hopely i can do it =)

  • Ah! Last night, I managed 12 successful Baranais, except now, when I follow the same steps, I'm going out of control: contantly spinning and feeling like I'm going to land on my neck.

Any tips for me to get back to doing baranais again?

  • There are many things that could be wrong but I would recommend making sure you focus on flipping then spinning because the most common mistake I see is the loss of control due to starting the spin way to early.

  • Excellent work, mate! I said to myself after watching this video - 'if this works, I;m subscribing to this fella'. And it worked after I'd re familiarised myself with the untucked frontflip! I tried the spin and it became apparent that my strategy beforehand hadn't worked! Five star rating, a subscription and many thanks.

Again, thank you very much for your help!

  • Your welcome

  • How big is your trampoline

  • 14'

  • i just cant do them like the spin is really hard for me wen doing a front sault but backs are fine =]

  • i can already do a barani and a frontflip that I figured out by seeing others do it. its not a hard trick

  • Good...It took me a long time to learn because I had no one to help or teach me...

  • i learned a barani before I learned how to frontflip, I had confidence problems flipping straight (I was 8) so i flipped over my shoulder and landed a banari on my third attempt

  • wow this is really helpful...i should use these steps to do a front flip 360 now

  • fort minor - remember the name

  • whats the song?? :S

  • I learn how to barani on my 2nd try ! ! excellent steps

  • fawk i sold my trampoline, but i guess a high enough ledge and some soft grass might do the trick

  • this really helped me.thanks

  • thnx for this vid! i can barani now =)

  • nice - be nicer to hear it called a front somersault, as it's not a front flip. It be nice to see you do it on a proper trampoline, see if your technique holds out

to anyone that reads that tutorial as well - twist the way that feels natural - DON'T try twisting unnaturally or both ways, pick one and stay with it otherwise you can muck up everything.

the ultimate advice to anyone is - don't learn moves from videos - go to a club and get the proper feedback.

  • Somersaults are on the ground! and i learned this on my own it was easy!

  • somersaults are somersaults whether they're on the ground or in the air - a flip suggests that you use something to flip yourself (normally your hands as in a front handspring) . Trampolining is no different and if you go to any club anywhere in the world they would never use the term "flip" as it's incorrect - simple fact that's been in place for at least the 14 years i've been doing gymnastics and trampolining and will remain

  • whatever loser =p

  • How much you have to learn send tingles down my spine...

  • You are correct but honesly i couldnt give a crap because I use the title to attract more youtube viewers rather than to use perfect terminology, if you are learning at such a gymnastics center you definitely shouldn't need this second hand informal tutorial..the audience I aim this at most likely will refer to it as a front flip. GTFO my terminology...

  • I understand this. My intended audience is not one in which I would expect the viewers to know the correct gymnastic s terms as they would have no need for this tutorial. I use the word "flip" because that is what any average joe would call it. You "gymnasts" sometimes have you're head so far up you're ass that you just can't let anyone else have some fun without shitting on their technique or terminology..

  • @EasyTricksTutorials Well.. that's simply because if they learn like this then they will be stuck doing it like this.. which in itself isn't a good thing.. my advice.. get a better trampoline to practice and a better technique. Practice doesn't make perfect... practice makes permanent!

  • @EasyTricksTutorials your ignorant -.-

  • @EasyTricksTutorials Hehe..... we gymnasts *do* get a bit obsessive, don't we? XP

  • thanks i am going on the trampoline

  • LOL th1cq did you get the saying shallow and pedantic from family guy?!?! lol

  • friken hell, i tryed some straight barani's and was able to do them, then i attempt another one and i screwed it up big time, now i can't do either piked, tucked or straight because ive lost the technique and im too afraid to go far the straight ones lol

  • that aint a barani mate...thats a frontlip 180 get it right!

  • In case you haven't read..." A barani is where you twist as you flip, essentially a Roundoff without hands. Here, with the front half twist, you flip then twist" quote wikipedia

I taught the front flip with half twist first then you make the spin earlier until it is a barani. Look it up on trampoline pro's website as well.

  • shame RyanHarp3r your a jerk

  • well im talking about parkour....and do i care that im a jerk, Stop crying and man up! You should release that when you upload vids on here there are gunne be " jerks" like me hatin on you...Live with it

  • 1. Baranai's front flip 180's have ABSOULTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH "PARKOUR" look it up.

    2. You had your definitions incorrect. Look that up too..

    3. No one is crying....

    4. you are shallow and pedantic and quite frankly a douchebag.

  • on with kinda program u make this vis? please write back

  • nice video, I'll fix my front 180 right now :P

(song is Remember The Name, by Fort Minor)

  • that was cool. wats the song name

  • Remember the name by Fort Minor

  • when i try...i usually end up doing a weird crooked front flip, but no spin...kinda just at an angle

  • that is very normal and yes i did that at first it just means you need to open up straighter and use your hips more. it takes alot of practice to get the hip motion going on!

  • thanks very much m8 this was real helpful

  • Just to let people know, going from knee's barani and land on your kness is alot easier
