so if you dont have a skimmer how often do you do a water change because i have a hang on the back refugium with cheatomorpha in it and everything is great nitrates,and everything els is zero but ive been wondering about the no skimmer thing ive been wanting to try what do you think.

mitchell - the light is metal halide plus T5's

crazyfools - for this reef aquarium I use it a refugium filtration method with cheatomorpha and mangroves - no skimmer!
