  • To anyone who is freaking out because she's "biting him". She's just playing with him, and even though she's biting she's not doing it hard. A good, well adjusted, trained dog knows that they can bite but not clamp down. My Chihuahua does this all the time, and no, it's not different if it's a Chihuahua, or my 60 Lb. Shepherd mix who knows that he can bite, but not hard and only when playing. It's good to have a dog that knows its boundaries like that, so that you can play like this.

  • My dog plays with me like that all the time! X3

  • beside, all in all, ALL DOGS BITES, it all depends on who the owners is, how the dogs were raised and trained. If you trained and raised your dog(s) as a biter, then s/he'll become a biter. raised/trained your dog(s) as not a biter, then s/he'll won't become one. It's that simple!!!!!! Jesus Christ people!!!!!

  • one of the best dogs my grandpa ever had was a doberman... my mother disliked that dog because it was a doberman but that was an outstanding dog, altough it wasn't good as a guard dog...

  • It's amazing how Dobermans can switch to attack mode at the drop of a dime....

  • what type of food do u feed ur dobie da one on da video

  • Most of the dogs I have had have played biting or fighting exactly like that. You can see it in your dogs face, she is not serious. Only playing. She is a good dog

  • I have yet to meet an aggressive doberman and we ran an adoption house for them for awhile..Had many come and go...All had good personalities and great attitudes...Even the ones that had been treated poorly...They get a bad rap from movies and the way they look...Loved all of our dobies though

  • dobermans are awesome, i get all kinds of stupid questions all about their aggresiveness, its aaaall bullshit.

  • @qeldilan I didn't say they don't bite. I said they rarely bite. And it has NOTHING to do with the fact that it's a Doberman and EVERYTHING to do with how it was raised. Translated: It's your fault that your dog bites. Not your dog's fault. Be a responsible dog owner and train it properly.

  • my uncles doberman was huge very intimidating and was soft a shit, i used to feed the doberman from my mouth, i used to put a biscuit in my mouth and the dobey would bit half of it off. Great dog with huge amount of intelligence , wouldnt dare hurt you unless you posed a threat or attacked it's owner.

A doberman will love you forever if you give it a blanket to chew on and throw its ball hours on end.

  • lol just by watching this i feel intimidated and no long want to get a doberman cuz its bark sounds mean

  • My dog does that too... he doesn't bite, but he does scrape with his teeth, shove with his paws and make ear-shattering barks.

  • Gosh..I have a white jealous for you because of that dog. I sooo want a doberman. Im gonna have one. I promised myself.

  • is she really tring to bite you or is she playing with you? if she really was biting you i would be amazed because they are such loyal trusting dogs.

  • IvoryHAX lol at comment

  • aww my GSD does that when she gets frustrated cause she cant grab my hand

  • Ramsey: "STOP FILMING ME RITE NOW!!!"

  • nice dog love their guarding attitude

  • i love how to goes into sneaky mode then right back into attack mode

  • i play like that with my pit bull he is harmless they just have bad reputation becouse of the people that dont know how to take care of them properly

  • nice teeth

  • I play with my Dobie like that all the time. She never barks like that when we play, though.

  • I had a Doberman named Rommel and we got him for cheap, which my dad thought was kinda odd but we got him anyway so one day I was petting him and then he growled but for some reason I kept petting him and he bit me on the face, I had to get 6 stitches and I was only 10 wouldn't he have known not to bite a little girl ?

Im 13 now and still got scars :(

But I got a new Doberman her names Stella and I love her so much -3 oh we got rid of rommel btw, but like the police took him and some other guy

  • i love dobermans

  • Wow! Her TEETH are amazing!! Good thing Ramsey is soooo gentle! I love her!!

  • ~I have a 6 month old Dobe that lives on our farm and he has learned to leave the chickens, ducks and horses alone and doesn't chase them at all. BUT the neighbors have 2 golden labs that have gotten out and ran to our house numerous times and have in the past killed our ducks and chickens. The Doberman won't do that. I do hope that now that we have a Doberman that the neighbor dogs will be afraid to come to my house~ Julie

  • ya in the media they portray dobermans as attack or guard dogs...so its understandable if people think they are dangerous

  • holy shit that thing is huge

  • whats your advice for me i have a little 3 months puppy who is very shy and he gets scared of all kind of animals he barks some death metal barks and then run from them !!!

  • Cool dog! I plan on getting a Doberman someday, they look like great dogs. Are they easy to train?

  • @riflesofallcalibers I don't think there's ever any dogs which are easy to train. You need loads of time, love and care to show them you are a person worth respecting for, thats when they will do ANYTHING for you :D

  • to all the people asking "What if your dog really bit you?" I say this, if that dog really wanted to bite anyone then she wouldn't be prancing around like an admittedly adoreable dork. And as far as accidental nips and such are concerned i'm pleasantly suprised to hear that hasn't happened yet. Even if it did happen, it doesn't turn your dog into a bloodthirsty animal. Accidents happen though even with dogs...

  • she looks just like my dads doberman but he was a little bigger. the same intensity if colors and everything.that dog actually same my life once.once i was coming out of my house and was about to get into my car when somebody came behind me with a knife and tried to rob me and chucho(dogs name) came flying out the doggie door and absolutely mauled that guy down and he held him down till i came and finshed the guy off. dobermans are the best dogs in the world.smarts, loyalty, and protectiveness.

  • HARDCORE VIDEO MY FRIEND. 5/5

  • when you play with your dog like that arent u afraid you actually get bit? :S

  • @PHDanceYgH

my dog cuts me all the time

  • yeah i use to play with my pit bull like that until some retards made a law to put down pitbull in my state he was the best dog ever man

  • I agree cwdressen and CameronCanFLY....dobe's just got bad rap like Pitbulls and Rottweiller's did....its how they were raised since pup's. Ramsey is obviously playing and does not intend to show any harm, she's a sweetheart. My next dog to buy if that happens one day will def. be a doberman, I've always loved these dogs. Great video!!

  • @enatividadjr bad rep not rap

  • Well I sure wouldn't want to attack her owner in a dark alley..... lol

  • ive got some of your videos favorited..ramseys tha shit and PABLO I HAVENT FORGOTTEN ABOUH U LIL MAN!

  • she's got a mean bark lol

  • my dog does the pretend biting too haha

  • =) i like playing with dogs. some ppl go OMG ITS BITING YOU and they just dont understand,

  • yeah if i play with my dogs they also do stuff like this and it seems like for other they biting me and stuff...but they watch out that they dont bite me...cause they would never hurt me

  • wow she looks really mad

  • Dobermans are great guard dogs, but they are also very obedient and intelligent. Anyone who has watched his videos KNOWS Ramsey would never hurt him. Look closely, she is EXTREMELY careful not to bite him.

  • 0:33 holyshit

  • you see? this man dont have finger ^^

  • he is playing. a real attack vid would be banned. it's funny how sweet they are yet you can play and they can act tough and have fun. cutie pie. wish I could post my dobe and finally put to rest the bad rap they get. profiling is wrong!

  • ive always wanted the dog breeds that had a neg. reputation, just to prove to everyone that they can be just as good as any other dog, its just the breeding and owner that are what make the dog. But i have always been a dobi fan, they are like horses, i guess thats why. Question, what kind of training did she go through, i know she had to have gone through obedience, but what else?

  • Peace!

  • A German tax collector bread them, that's how they originated. ironic that the marine corp started using them in ww2 and not the nazi's. I guess that goes to show ya. I'd sleep like a baby in any fox hole with my dobe on duty.

  • ahaha, even in attack mode dobies are super cute!

  • its amazing how dobermans prowl quietly to investigate noises and check stuff out. They are very intelligent dogs.

  • haha I do the exact same thing with my jack russell :)

  • Dobies LOVE to "Ruff-House"-At least the 2 I've had did. They'd jump up on the couch, "popping" their front feet w/their hineys in the air, stub tail going a million MPH, then "Saturn-5" launch off the couch & "crazy run" around the room, down the hall, & back again...Do it all over then...Gosh, I miss my Junior...Even after 15 years...

  • I love all your videos! I want to get a Doberman, but a part of me is worried because I'm guessing that a lot of breeders would like it if I've had dog experience before. I've been around them, but I never was an alpha figure for a dog before. The headache of Doberman stereotypes with apartments is so annoying, and I'll still be in college for the next three years. I've actually come to the conclusion of wanting to get a Doberman the most out of any other breed after watching your videos. :)

  • Why does this dog look so aggressive?

  • it doesnt look aggressive D: its being playful :'3

  • I know it's playing, but its face looks angry or annoyed.

  • hm.. thats true :p but thats just a doberman in a nutshell, they look scary. but.. in a cute way.

  • watched every video mate i enjoyed every one of them the dogs are unreal and there freindship is something magical the best vid was pablo teasing ramsey with the toy lol umbelievable!!!!!!!! 100% RESPECT!!!

  • I know shes playing ( even though by her intimidating facial expression it doesn't seem like it) but has she ever bitten you before?

  • She's never even come close to nipping or biting anyone in her life. Dobermans RARELY bite, but because they're such powerful animals, we always here about it when they do. The fact is, more labs bite every year than do Dobermans and it's not even close.

  • Are Dobermanns not higher on the bite list though?

Gotta agree - I've met three snappy Labs and all the Dobes I've met have been amazing. Clumsy, but amazing xD Have you ever thought about breeding her? She has an amazing temperament (:

  • @cwdressen It's not that I don't believe you or anything what you're saying really makes sense to me but can you prove it?

Don't get mad I really wanna know if there is any pis of information you can tell me about that proves your point=)

  • @cwdressen Could you cite where you got that information? I hear this often but my mom (who hates Pit Bulls, Rotties, and anything that looks like them including Dobes) wants to see some written proof

  • @cwdressen It's true, Dalmations have the highest bite rate I think right?

  • @desojandoxmargaritas You obviously didn't get his point. The point is to TRAIN YOUR DOG PROPERLY. This had nothing to do with which breed was "the badest" as there's no such thing.

And PS - My aunt had a Dalmatian (as did my parents when I was a kid) and they were both very sweet and gentle dogs.

  • I'd trust my dogs more than I would trust many humans....

  • Nah this is completely safe. If you had a dog you'd know what is play and what is not.

  • what? are you speaking english? it sound's close but what the fuck are you saying?

  • say, if she bit him.. she'd put her ears back, lay down as if saying sorry :3 she seems like that kind of dog ;3

  • They are SUCH powerful dogs

  • i can't tolerate that my dog shouts at me that's why i prefer berger allemands ( police cops)

  • James, what the fuck? Perhaps its nap time for you, or is it that time of the month again?

  • He isn't teasing the dog he is playing with her.

  • @bubgum00 Actually, he is teasing her, Still playing though.

  • Comment removed

  • i would think twice with messing with Ramsey.. haha scary!! Awesome dogs!

  • twice? i wouldn't think about it

  • Yeah dobies don't play and if anyone is contemplating on breaking in the house you better think again, Ramsey is light on her feet and you will be in for a rude awakening.

  • shiiiiiiit iWould be fuckin scared to stick my hand in front of that, even if its "just playing" =0

  • you tell em ramsey!! she reminds me so much of my dobie ovechkin!!

  • my dobe does this - she's really gentle though, would never hurt a fly!!!

she SOUNDS mean though when she growls, but she's a big softy!

  • I'm getting a male one and naming it Zippo!

  • I would never dock the tail of a doberman, I need to know if it's happy before i get too close lol

  • don't worry, the "nub" still wags!!

  • I call my dogs 'tail' a stubby its funny though cause when she wags it her whole body shakes with it.

    Lol.

  • lmfao "the nub still wags" - priceless.

  • It scares the shit out of me...

  • omg my doberman does this but does not fucking stop untlil you grab him lol

  • i love these videos its sooooo cute i am getting a doberman its going to be a boy its name is proboble going to be nitro

  • holy shit thats really wierd im getting a red doberman puppy and his name is gona b nitro. lol

  • when i get a doberman it's going to be a girl and i'll name it missy

  • Haha, its funny when she turns around.......then walks back in stalk mode

  • Ramsey makes some evil noises.

If i was playin with a dobie and it sounded like that I'd be frightened.

  • lol hell yeah i would be ghosting out of the house

  • my doberman does the ecact same thing you lightly slap or paw the air in front of his face he starts playfighting

but mines different hes way bigger than yours and hes only 8 mnth. mine likes to prance around and jumps l when hes running like a deer its hilarious but hes such a baby if you dont pay attenion to him he whines

  • What ferocity and power and yet her elegance and grace prevails in every video of her and in a sense overshadows any preconceived notions one would have of Dobermans.

  • lol i do this with my min pin all the time only this is much scarier

  • I am so impressed with the trust demonstrated between you and Ramsey, Mr. Dressen. She obviously knows where her limits lie as do you. If she accidentally bit you, I'm sure Ramsey would feel terrible. This type of play is necessary for dogs like Ramsey, but only in controlled situations.

  • WHAT A EFFING BEAST!! i love her!!

  • 0:33- wow thats fuckin SAVAGE!!!

  • You notice how dobes get pissed when you touch their feet

  • lol i would never fuck with that

  • Nice doberman!!!

I just buy one... She is brow and is 50 days old!!!I gonna put a video of her...

  • I'll tell you what - her barks and growls are 100 times scarier than both of my Rotties are, put together! You could tape her and sell it to alarm companies! :D

  • she doesn't really sound like she means it though lol.

  • Lol yeah you're right...Ramsey's a sweetheart!

  • nice lookin dog

  • she can certainly take an acting part for a guard dog and this si only playing XD

  • as a boy i had great fights with our doberman. the fight would escalate until i had to run away up a tree

  • ha ha my Red Dobie playes like that, or at least he used to, Now he has his little"Brother" to play with ! lol.... ha when people see me walking my dobie som freak some adore, eh wahtever but I am 13 and when I walk my Blue healer and my Red Dobie it gets hard but I can holdem back!!! XD

  • such a gorjuz dog. so tough and sleek gotta get one. nice video 2

  • dobermans have such a scary bark. the only person who isn't scared by that is the owner who knows it will never hurt him/her. i was walking my dog the other day and this girl had a doberman. it started barking like crazy and looked like it was ready to attack us. i got out of there fast, the girl looked like she had no control over it.

  • shes a beauty

  • The bark is awesome!

  • oh ooh oh oh ramseeys so imtimidating .... can i has her for the weekend..... PLEASE !! =]

  • ooooh, scary ramsey!! haha i love her, she's so gorgeous! :)

  • can i have her

  • bellissimo, non tutti i doberman sono uguali, il mio era identico al tuo...

  • can u get a puppy dobie

    from shelters

  • thats a nice dog bro... hey guys roughly how much are dobermans?

  • There are lots of AWESOME Dobes you can rescue from shelters too. And you won't pay nearly as much as you would from a breeder.

  • Where did you get Ramsey? if you don't mind me asking..

  • thats so true..

  • she to hot :)

  • So cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • shes so beautiful!!

  • that's hilarious, I plan on getting a doberman when I graduate college

  • Yikes! she is a badass! Love her!

  • BLOODY HELL! It must kill when she bites :OOOO

  • I wouldn't know. She's never nipped or bit once in her whole life.

  • Well it's great to know she's a nice, loving, loyal dog :)

  • Really thats awsome my Rot nipped me so many times but no blood her name is Zoey

  • She is beautiful and trained very well,I love dobies

  • Outstanding!! Just love her - what a blast you must have with her. The Pabmeister knows when to go take a nap! Thanks - RamsAndPabRock

  • Ramsey is beautiful. I love the way she walks away and then sneaks back. Ramsey is so sneaky. I love her!

  • She is so beautiful!

  • I love Ramsey. She is hilarious & that play reminds me so much of how we used to play with our dogs. Cracks me up how she runs away & then comes back & stalks you!

  • hahahaha ramsey makes me laugh how she goes an stares at you just before she goes groooooooooowl grrrrrr

  • I remember the first time I heard my dog bark I was so scared. (I was 13) I hadn't had a dog before so I didn't know it was normal behaviour. My dad started stirring him up and getting him all excited and I got mad at my Dad because I thought he was turning my dog in to a mean dog. Lol, I was so silly back then.

  • Thats what i thought as well cept it was a chihuahua....lol?

My father did the same and my dog starts to growl and and do what ramsey did

  • Comment removed
