My question is this: How in the HELL can this season be filmed in DC, a city that is 90% black, and they only cast 1 black person? Seriously? I mean let's be honest...if you're going to choose a cast based off of a stereotypical structure then couldn't the producers at least find a black girl? I don't understand it? All of the other seasons, I could understand based off of their location but Washington D.C. is CHOCOLATE CITY! Come on MTV!

I feel what you're saying and I thought about that at first too...BUT...look at it from this perspective. Imagine "The Real World: HARLEM" or "The Real World: COMPTON". Would you say the same thing? Because that's how DC is in terms of it's racial population. I went to Howard University in DC for 4 years and trust me, it's segregated like most urban cities. Here's another point: EVERY city "TRW" filmed in has had a majority white population EXCEPT DC so there's nothing to really compare it to.

And also it is definitely NOT a true RW DC.. i mean these guys were living in a mansion in dupont circle, getting jobs at HRC, Washington Blade and going to Cobalt and Rhinos! .not a representation of any black community within dc.. they would never go to southeast lol
