Look, there is no doubt climate science and global warming research is: complex, evolving, incomplete, gaining in nuance and sophistication. Remember, gravity isnt even fully understood yet. And yet we know we need a parachute when we jump out of a plane, no matter what new findings come from physicists about the nature of it. Universities, Global Panels, Space Programs, Gov science programs, privately funded institutions over, and over and over again, explain the situation to the public.

austin had a previous record of 100degree plus days of 36 before 2009 and now since the texas drought this year the number has gone somewhere into the 50's or 60's. Global warming is cause by the winds dying down due to less tempurature differences between the poles and the equators, these winds cool the world in the summer and warm the air in the winter.. basically so we will see extremes of all of our climates

My own specific knowledge is Political Science, Philosophy and Religion, so I rely on the knowledge and research of others. How about peer reviewed science journals like 'Science' or 'Nature'. Science journals require expensive subscriptions so usually one can only read their abstracts for free, or read about their findings in the science sections of reputable news sources like the BBC and the New York Times. The fact of the matter is that climatologists must be peer reviewed, criticized publicly, debated, challenged, and be able to repeat results from scientists in other parts of the world just like any other area of science. They publish in science journals, which are a specific kind of publication
that invites peer review from other scientists. There is no hiding of anything or the findings are not taken seriously by the community and you dont get published. Do your research. Turn off your TV.

Look up 'International environmental world summit' on Google. See how many Environmental summits there are all over the world that many big environmental experts go to. These are held in places like Rio de Janeiro and Johannesburg South Africa.
In a day of internet conferencing and streaming media, why would these environmentally friendly people spend so much fossil fuel, jet and car, to go to these exotic places? Because they don't actually believe what they are saying?

It is hard to believe because in the early 90s the same lies were being spewn by the same people,who got rich then.Now the same people are saying the same thing is happening.By now the ocean should be 1 foot higher. By now the Ozone was to be completely gone.By now the ice caps were to be gone. None of that happened.Extreme weather happened long before there were cars and freon.If Al truly believed,he would not sell credits and get rich. I refuse to be afraid so that Al can get richer!

Clinton took steps to secure a north American union. What cured the Ozone, or better said how the Ozone layer is being repaired, was the Banning of CFC's world wide and I don't think Clinton had any thing to do with that. I don't like bush but the earth has been getting warmer for the last 10'000 years. You can blame him for the current oil crises in America. As a Big Oil man himself he should have foreseen this 8 years ago when he took the job. But you can't blame him for the ice caps.
