Yes, they are showing the 2003 episodes here in the states on my PBS channel. Many years ago I had satellite service and I was watching my PBS episodes, plus BBC America episodes which were many years ahead. Then BBC America was starting to show the beginning episodes also, which were really good. Somehow I was able to keep up with three time periods and then BBC America dropped EastEnders so I dropped satellite. I'm just now about to catch up to where I left off. I LOVE EE !!!

I remember when I first saw this. As it was a different actor playing Steven I had no idea who it was at first. As Ian seemed to mainly suspect women I was sure it would be a male. Then hen someone mentioned Steven I suddenly remembered Ian's stepson Steven Beale who went to New Zealand, whom I had completely forgotten about.
