Amaterasu is easily nulified with shinra tensei and sasuke is unable to trap more than 1 target in genjutsu at the same time.

Sasuke is my favourite char, he is an elite ninja sure, but lately he doesn't figure out anything, for example if it wasn't for karin's help, sasuke could have not figured out "izanagi". He used to be a lot smarter while he was under the cursed seal, but now he attacks recklessly like he did against Oonoki, the more he uses Magenkyu, the weaker-minded he becomes. He's not as smart as he used to be.

Bee even said it himself that Sasuke was one of the top two fighters he's ever faced. If Bee fought Sasuke at the level he was when he attacked the Summit, it would have been a much closer battle
