No. Social cooperation is one of the biggest benefits of humans (and found among animals aswell, to a lesser degree), and it requires moral concepts. Without moral constructs like for example 'Do not kill other humans' social cooperation will fail. I am as much responsible for my actions as are anyone else, and even though i dont believe in a cosmic moral, i do believe in equal rights.

Pretty much all higher animals have social cooperation, monkeys even have social morals and social hierachies.And it clearly benefits them as they as a species still exists (although negatively inflicted by humans in the past few centuries). In time, cells started to become specialiced, and real but primitive animals evolved, and they kept evolving generation by generation, with most of the animals actually dying out, and only the ones better fitted survived. This is the theory of evolution, change over time, evident through fossils of different forms.

For example Uranium238 decays at a rate of half being destroyed in 4.5billion years, the next half over next 4.5billion years and soo on. It decays over a number of different also radioactive elements, until it finally decayed into Lead. Lead is stable, it doesnt decay. It specifically decays into a few specific Lead isotopes.

Combining this, it is possible to get a measurement of how they it would look at any given time. But, in order for them to not mix with other things, again changing the balances, things must have been left relatively untouched. Fossils is one such happening, the fossil remains as rock, with the inprint or bone construct of the animal that died.

Uranium-Lead is one such reading, there are many more, and combined they can improve accuracy alot. Another realistic fact is that mud is an excellent preservant of dead bodies, they decay less and can sometimes even be perfectly preserved. Mud usually ackumulates on bottom of rivers, lakes and oceans.

This is a fossil, or a fossil print. Fossils are the ones where actual bone are preserved, prints is when only the 'image' remains.

No animal lives more than a countable number of years, soit obviously lived just prior. The first actual fossils starts to appear in rocks that are dated about 5-600 million years ago, sure there are error bars of millions of years, but it is totally unreasonable that the errors are 100million years or more.

The actual fossils are only snapshots in time, but from each individual snapshot it shows more progression than accident. Most dead animals are ofc never fossilised (sadly) but it is well understood why. Special things need to happen for a fossil to be made, most animals simply decay and spread their constituents back into the environment.

No dinosaurs existed earlier.

Why? Likely something happened to kill out the big dinosaurs, making room for other animals.

When there are remnants of living material that has not decomposed, they can have their DNA be analysed. This DNA can be compared to DNA from now living animals, or other dead animals, and they show HOW DNA changes over time. Each time DNA changes drastically, there are something in the animal changing drastically. The abilites an animal have, is directly caused by the makeup of their DNA.

Before this, most apes lived in trees.
