No one, absolutely NO ONE cares, so what good would it do to put even more up? Three lanes, five cars, a traffic cop? To honk at and make him jump. I was in Cairo a few years ago and all this mayhem just amazed me. The smells of car exhaust and food cooking, the sounds of cars honking and music and the call to prayer, the interweaving traffic with donkeys and pedestrians and cars...just amazing. Generally I hate traffic and noise and chaos but there was something fascinating about how all this chaotic stuff still managed to "work." I want to go back.
