That's exactly right! I've been making this statement for a pretty long time. Bush knew Libby was guilty of treason and agreed with the Grand Jury and the Judge's decision. Sadly enough, he commuted his sentence. I'm not a fan of Bush, but he did the right thing of not listening to Cheney and not giving a Libby a full Presidential pardon. It amazes me that repubs supported Libby's communitation and yet supported the Clinton Impeachment for the same exact charges.

The prosecutor knew who the leak was and still went after the White House. Second, Scooter has been disbarred, and fined $250,000. Tell me, what was Clinton's punishment? How many days did he spend in jail for his crime?

Libby was a victim of a witch hunt brought about AFTER they already knew who leaked the name, Richard Armitage, for not remember a conversation with reports 3 years prior.
