if u put the talents in crab smart u have 40% more healing and Last Stand (similar to druids Survival Instincts I think they are called, basicaly for a while your pet has 30% more health...and will lose it after the effect disapears).

Main problem with spider is that people kill it while your healer is in silence (I`m talkin bout arenas), he has almost 0 survivability.

@SeeHearSpeakNoEvill go with a dog, dogs have lock jaw which is like a crabs pin ability minus damage, crab is still good, spider is common, it still has web, or a monkey has a stun, birds of prey are good for when you are vs a weapon using class, like warriors, rogues or even other hunters, and of course cat is good, with the stealth and bleed. depends on what you want to have for effect, plus you can have multiple pets with you now, so you can take several into a bg and switch it out.

@dopeboyz2111 Your wrong by just saying that. For starters Brang is using a tenacity pet which many MM/SV hunters use. BM tend to use ferocity pets such as spirit beasts and core hounds. Cunning pets are one of the best choices for hunters but their are still other viable options.

Decrease the chance that you will be critical hited.(cant remember how much.. quited wow not while ago..) very good against all but really gets you out of Spriest's burst and frost mage's frozen burst. Pet can still use RoS even if you are stunned or feared. So its useable all time unless your pet is stunned/killed/feared etc

i've experimented with macro's like this, but they look far better on paper than they do in practice.

Usually your target dies out of sync with your macro, so you are left opening with the wrong spell on your next target.

Far better to use a [mod:****] macro instead, that way you aren't stuck with the wrong ability next in line. xD

@kerrybynoe You use the modifier keys to change what skills you cast when pressing a certain button.

For example you keybinded a macro containing:

/cast [mod:shift] Arcane shot

to the key "1" then, everytime you press 1 alone (nomod), you cast aimed shot, but if you hold shift then press 1, you cast arcane shot (mod:shift).
