  • I literally have tears rolling down my cheeks. I am in awe. This was so evocative and beautiful. Words cannot describe the emotion this made me feel! Bravo! Encore!

  • Wow, you did that song justice. Very well played. Reminds me of my grandfather playing. What gym are you playing in?

  • So lovely. This tune is so hauntingly beautiful. I've been trying to perfect it on my harmonica in the key of D. But never will I get such feeling as you both did right there, but I'm working on it. ;-)

  • Your music is mesmerizing, The lady is so elegant, The doc is so supportive

The Black and white video is crisp and nostalgic, Every note fills the air, and every pause is anticipation. I loved how the lady floats away from the scene like an angel and then returns again with grace.

  • Thank you both for this. Sincerely. Every day life grants us our moments here and there to truly glimpse what makes it worth while. This nearly 6 minute snapshot into your art and your passions were that moment for me today. Please, keep doing what you're doing for as long as you truly love what you do. :)

  • beautiful

  • Absolutely brilliant

  • fantastic! you drew out the notes and slowed it down but gave it the syncopation to keep the sense of movement. the added climactic motif is also a wonderful addition as well. brings out the guitar and rounds out the peace emotionally for the audience

  • A sound so elegant and pleasing to my ears that I could feel this as I listened. You two are remarkably talented. Jewels such as this make me appreciate youtube. Thank you and you will be in my favorites.

  • Dislikes? How can you not like this?

  • I wonder just how many videos have been posted with you playing this? I have heard, at least, two. So evocative, so meaningful.

  • I came to Youtube looking for some Slayer. It went from Slayer, to Slayer violin covers, to your rendition of "Fade To Black" to the song I'm listening to right now. And I like this the best of the songs I've listened to =) That's the cool thing about Youtube. Anyway, you guys are great! And what a beautiful piece of music this is...

  • This remains my favorite version. Thank you so much for sharing this with the world.

  • this brings tears to my eyes

  • Wonderful , haunting rendition . Just the way it should be. You guys are really great!!!

  • Beautiful and moving!!

  • Wonderfully done!!

  • Just beautiful... it makes me want to waltz, but it's crushingly sad at the same time. I think it's one Mr. Unger's best works, and this is truly a wonderful performance. Thank you both.

  • I have been playing this for 18 years but I cannot put the feeling into it like you guys do. Unbelievable!! Fantastic!!

  • i just sent a recommendation to Garrison Keillor for you guys to play Prairie Home Companion. Don't know what will happen with that, but you guys are great.

    all my best wishes,

    russ

  • Your previous version was awesome, this simply sublime :-)

  • All I can say is WOW! You guys have really improved in the last two years. I wish you God's best.

  • Again, outstanding video. Nashville ??? Grand Ole Opry ... Next? A fan from Kansas City.

  • Very nice performing.Beautiful guitar solo and sound too on this video.

    Congrats!

  • Exceptional, again. Like the addition of Doc's break on the guitar. Have you considered having someone sing or even speak the words during the playing of this song? Terrific ending!!! You just keep getting better and better!!

  • Awesome just awesome !!!

  • it was soo sad and soo beautiful... thanks for sharing

  • As usual you two are wonderful
