  • the bass player at 1:30, shake my head. happens to the best of us.

  • Look at their teeth!

  • brave little toaster!!!! :)

  • The guitarist on the far left look's like Anthony Hopkins!

  • I don't know that Matt Damon was a lead singer of the Herman Hermits ja, ja :)

  • I was born in the wrong generation.

  • Songs like these do you make you feel good and make the 60s appear like a real fun time. In many ways it was. But there was another side. Listen to just about anything by the Doors. The other side of the 60s sounds in "This is the End". Really looked like it some times.

For Mr. Rossboss2010 - these are very exciting times. I'll bet you can't imagine a world without the internet and immediate access to all the information and almost every person in the world. Every time has its time.

  • @Chiczaro Yes, I suppose so, I don't like most music nowadays though although, I'm open to most geners.

  • I just saw Hermans Hermits with the toledo symphony orchestra last week.It was an awesome show.Even the symphony season ticket holders were totally impressed.

47 years after this video was made they still sound great!!!

  • Leslie Nilson? Anyone?

  • This is 100x better than Justin Beiber, chicks.

  • So I asked 2 see her next week n' she told me i could.

  • HAHAHA random guy with crazy hair waving to us at the end. "Hiii!" XD

And while I'm here, wonderful song and video. Music is the best drug ever.

  • everyone stop commenting about his teeth!! i think his teeth are nice!!! he just has a bit of an overbite thats all :) and i think he is cute!

  • You can see his 2 biggest and best songs 'No Milk Today' and 'Into Something Good' as one story ;) Girl left him, but he find another one!

  • whats with the gold rings?

  • just kids they were but innocent, angelic, sweet and lovely.

The love just pours through the screen.

They are all so cute tooooooooooooo--WOW!!!!!!

  • bieber can't make anyone this happy, as I feel listening to this.

  • @escudoeuro You must never seen pre-teen girls' reaction to him lol

  • @7RaPeKiNg7 could you imagine if that was all staged??? lmao

  • @escudoeuro Peter Noone WAS the Bieber of his day, and you're right.

  • @therealjoebloggs that's so true! i had a crush on him. now i think, what was i thinking?

  • 29 people are into something bad

  • Look at hes toth

  • @grismannen3 eh? engage brain cells and speak english

  • Just graduated from Durham University UK with a BS in Engineering, launched into my career. This was the song that reminds me of the carefree life, lost in love and in heaven on a tiny budget. Funny, nearly 50 years later, on 50 times the budget but full of stress and worries. This song helps me to relax. Thanks for the post

  • original by Ria Bartok

  • I met my wife in college and married her 33 years years ago. Something tells me I'm into something good. Going for the Gold. The big 50 years of something good.

  • Brave Little Toaster. Loved the movies when I was young (still do) and I remember LOVING this SONG!

  • Brave little toaster brought me here

  • @Oplexermusic "Toaster" or did the "Coasters" Bring you in here?...LOL...LOL.

  • Not many people know I'm Into Something Good is a Carole King song... well Carole King & Gerry Goffin.

  • what sort of guitar @ 0:51

  • He must have felt like a birdbrain clapping to the beat. By the way, it's amazing the vocals are so clear and loud without microphones. ; )

  • @pezaven no kidding :P

  • Is it just me, or is the early colour films/videos the most colourful? the colours just look more crisp and candy like :)

  • @dvdragond2 i guess that's just film vs. digital

  • @cinematic35 SHUT THE FUCK UP GRANDPA.

  • @th3kingx now now no need to shout to try to get your point over little boy

  • how can someone wake up and feel fine with teeth like that?

  • Totally agree! We will never have such lovely innocent music anymore. Those were the days. Beautiful people, beautiful music.

  • Back when simplicity and true talent was all that mattered.

  • Great song, reminds me of the beach boys 'Little deuce coupe'.

  • I'm sure you'd prefer an airbrushed plastic X Factor Beiber Clone but fact is he was on the cover of Time Magazine at this time, wonder if people were more into the music and personality and less into looks then?

  • wow they have bad teeth LMAO

  • my left tooth looks like that too. lol

  • There's the auto mile, they have lots of cars

And every single corner is an Irish bar

Last night I saw Tom Doyle, and he didn't look good

Something tells me I'm living in Norwood

It's the kind of town where you can take a walk

And if you're there five minutes, you'll see Ernie Boch

Last week he sold me a car, the deal wasn't that good

Something tells me I'm living in Norwood

  • He was So frikken cute back then, I adored him.

  • I love Metal+Rock+Country but I still love this aswell =)

  • Peter Noone and The Nerdles.

  • @geoffreydlang Of course they're nerdlets. That's what makes them awesome.

  • My my. How far we've come. No more of this innocent crap. Nowaday's we aren't brainwashed by such foolishness. Thank God today we understand that the world is crap, that the future is fucked, and it's everybody elses fault but our own. it's good to be wise.

  • @dajesusblues LMAO!

  • @dajesusblues Well it's only crap because we make it crap, a little positive outlook never hurt anyone...

  • The words and the melody of this great song makes me feel good, just as in the song title!!

Herman's Hermits great pop-rock songs forever stand the test of time!!! I very recently saw

Herman perform on the PBS(Public Broadcasting System) TV show, here in the United States,

"The 1960's." The 1960's,without a doubt,is one of the top decades in the history of pop and

rock music;all the great American bands, and the British invasion.Electric guitars and Farfisa

and Vox organs."I Want Yo' Number."

  • Naked Gun.

  • Remember when I was 14 and a girl gave me a kiss goodnight on first date and this song was running through my mind.

  • Great song .. great sound .. real 'feel good' music, typical of those wonderful mid 60s ...

  • Great video quality

  • did anyone else find this song from the brave little toaster? lol, probably just me XD

  • I see this as a really happy song.,the music that is and the lyrics are great as well.

  • Good time for music...salute from Serbia!!

  • lol that bassist in this (3rd guy on the left of guitarists) is so thinking dirty thoughts when he's singing 'something tells me i'm into something good'.

    These guys are amazing :)

Thank you to the uploader, and especially to Herman's Hermits for being so incredible. :-)

  • Went to see the Hermit's in Sydney 3 months ago, Peter Noon wasnt with them, infact only the drummer was original, they were big 10 years before I was born still put on a great show though!

  • I grew up listening to all the classic 50's 60's and 70's....because of my dad. This song was and continues to be one of my favorites!

  • The vocalist reminds me of my friend. And l loveeee this song :D

  • this song reminds me my dad.... T_T because everyday he always listen about herman hermits......

  • They have the same musician stage arrangement as The Beatles

  • @carultch -- In the mid-late 60s most bands tried to copy the style of the Beatles regarding hairstyle, wardrobe, stage performance and even musical style in many instances. It's much like in the mid-late 50s when many teen idols were Elvis wannabes.

  • @WytZox1

    Correct.

  • I grew up with this kind of music...and I'm only 17!

  • 1964 classic- always reminds me of The Naked Gun with Leslie Nielsen now- long live Peter Noone from a fellow mancunian!

  • im from manchester peter noone totaly mancunican

  • They sound very like The Beach Boys in this track.

  • this song should be put in in game called "Mafia 2" because it's classic and it's good... :D

  • Wonderful - in color!! I never saw them in color back then because I didn't know anyone who had a color TV. We all had Black and White sets.

I was just entering my teens when groups like these were popular. I thought they were so grown-up. Now I look at them and they look so young!

Can't beat music like this for putting people in a good mood.

  • @MsZathras who care?

  • @MsZathras I was in my teens in the 60's, and the Hermits were great then and great to groove with now.

  • 1965???? r u kidding me?

  • It makes me happy too Kathygolondon !!!

  • i love classic so much.... :) thanks man...

  • Still remember this on the radio and at dances, more please

  • What songwriting is truly all about. :-)

  • wow great quality! Thanks! I love this song!

  • all I can say is.... TEETH

  • this song describes how my girl and i met

  • are they not allowed to stand on the floor?

  • ... wait, they don't LOOK like the Beatles! O_o

  • 3 guitarists, one lefty...not the beatles? whaaa

  • Rediscovered this song and also rediscovered that the world was once a 'real' kind of normalcy.

  • RIP herman hermit :(.... anyway i love classic songs...!!!

  • Look the lead singer, WTF is doing Matt Damon in this video... :)

  • mood improver (:

  • Thumbs up if you just saw Family Guy

  • 4th grade and I have a crush on the girl who

    sits in front of me

  • @pigurine go for it.

  • 24 rappers. They enjoy junk.

  • Memories of high school...how quickly the time leaves us...

  • I love this song and I'm only 3!

  • 24 people have absolutely no idea how they ended up on this video.

  • Naked Gun

  • Does anybody remember when it became fashionable to be NOT happy...?

(I think I missed the memo.)

  • I really like this song :)

  • sdrainbeau55 you say it looks like its recorded yesterday. They would not have had a look in today although great musicians and singer Peter Noone great voice they do not look the part. A sad reflection but today you have to be good looking or half dressed to have a hit. Bring back the 60's and 70's types all day long.

  • I almost watched woke up this morning by alabama 3 because I didn't know which song was which- thank god I realised quickly- because this is sooo much better!

  • Something tells me they're lip syncing to the recorded song.

  • Fabulous quality video and sound...looks like it was recorded yesterday!

  • Great stuff...

  • One of the great British groups from the 60s when I was growing up in England. What a pity they have disappeared but thanks to your posting, I can still savour happy memories. Thanks for the post

  • Yeah, used to love all this stuff in the 60's, we had it good didn't we?

  • @webaroos Man...we sure did! This was an era like no other ever ! I hope these classics never fade away!

  • Yes it is!

  • He has extra teeth.

  • @levijoseph08 I noticed. I probably would have run for my life if I saw him back then. I think he looks a lot better now.

  • was that jimmy savelle at the end lol.?

  • How about "Daydream Believer" by the Monkees?

  • I don't care how many times I've heard this song, it is always going to be my favorite!

  • Great song....it really takes me to a good place...:) Thanks for posting...:)

  • Great Video.

  • My late mother was "in love" with Peter Noone. Oh does this bring back memories for this 61-year old grandmother

  • I have one of their records on my wall. Herman's Hermits is one of my top two favorite British Invasion groups.

  • 1:30

    he said something funny LOL

  • song's so good + it's so hard to find a hq video set in 1965 lol

  • great feel good music

  • Is Noone chewing gum or are there just too many damn choppers in there,

By the way..Beiber called, he wants his hair back.

  • I'm 17. I'm a metalhead. I listen to Metallica and Cannibal Corpse. BUT I LOVE THIS MUSIC! :)

  • @xDrummerJx FREAK, bet you have no friends and get beat up fag

  • @2Exotic2Fly2High this song is good. im 21 and love this song.

  • This song makes me happy!

  • @kathygolondon That was exactly how the music of that era made everyone feel.

I really like the quality of this video and I wish all of them were as clear and colorful. What you see in this video is completely lacking today.

    (1) Nice looking (stylish) with colorful instruments (2) mature stage presence unlike the

dancing talent mocking buffoons of today (3) Catchy melody with good back vocals

It was such an inspiration back then to see such young people making great new songs!

  • @cinematic35 Wow, get over yourself...

  • frank drebin 4ever!

  • Crazywaffledude: That's Karl Green born July 31, 1947 Salford, UK. I had to dig out my old commemorative program from the concert I saw at the DAR Constitution Hall dated August 13, 1967. My 12 year old self wrote "He's even better looking in person!" I listed the songs sung as: Little Help From My Friends, Kind of a Hush, Dandy, Mrs. Brown, Jezebel, Don't Go Out Into the Rain, The Mine disaster, Don't Know Name, Henry VIII, Real Slow One! Let me know if they're related!

  • I think Justin Bieber should copy Peter Noone's hand clapping, not just his hairstyle..Lol.

  • 22 people got clotheslined on the beach by Leslie Nielsen and Priscilla Presley.

  • OMG...I was 10 years old and I adored him!!! So sweet.. ;-)

  • 22 people woke up this morning and weren't feeling fine.

  • today i threw my t v away bcoz theres nothing iv not seen also my mobile phone b coz theres nothing iv not already heard before

  • I do like this song! Hi watchful38, never mind the singing, you've got the right attitude:)

  • HAPPY BIRTHDAY

  • 3,644 are manchester fans

  • @pattypickle11 Which Manchester : United or City ? O.. that 1-6 defeat ...

  • @lexsoft yeh no one gives a fuck bout this comment.

  • how did this get to be such high quality?

  • Hey, I am named "Peter" too! Can't sing a note and I don't have blue eyes. You live life with "the cards you're dealt"! A retired Catholic priest from Canada. (just roaming You Tube and listening to great music like the Hermits.) Thanks.

  • Yep, they're high.

  • woke up this morning feeling sh*t- made up with cold

  • He was actually 15 when he recorded this song.

  • This was released in September 1964, when Peter was still only 16 years old.

  • Peter had the BLUEST eyes, and was only 17 when he had his first hit. Herman's Hermits was my first concert. I kept my opera glasses on him and his eyes, WOW! Pre-contact lenses. I think the rest of the band were Deke, Lek, Keith and Barry.

  • @KittyinVA If you know the band members could you tell me which one the bass player is (the one on the left) the reason I ask is that he is such a spitting image of a dude I know that I honestly think they could be related.

  • the brave little toaster sent me here!

    yeah, i said it XD

    epic film =]

  • First time I heard of this band. Great stuff.

  • What a flashback; I was there in 1965; 20 years old and full of fire >at both ends: :-)

The quality of this old video is amazing,

  • A classic song !! Superb !! The speed here is a touch f-a-s-t .. compared to the original release. The original speed is better.

  • Brilliant song, but them teeth are like a row of grave stones!!

  • Makes me think of Ann.

  • least family guy is musically educating stupid kids who listen to bullshit music

  • I was brought up with this music and it still sends a shiver down my spine. Great music great times.

Never known Peter Noone to have a sad face, always got a smile.....
