this seems possibly somewhat simplified.. but I'd be interested to hear if you have suggestions if the shorter leg's hip feels stiff, with restricted movement and feels like it needs to be clicked/aligned in the hip socket.
How do you this solo to find out which side needs adjusting? I have been having sciatic pain on my right side for a little over a week and I would like to know which side I need to adjust. I went ahead and tried it on both sides just in case it helps. I'll report back if it works.
@kyotoryan lay on your back, raise both legs straight against a wall (so that you form a right angle with your back on the floor and the legs against the wall.) you should now be able to see your leg lengths in relation to each other. BE mindful of laying straight to begin with or your impression of your leg lengths could be misguided. Good luck.
I just tried doing this technique and my lower back popped. This is the same place that pops when I go the chiropractor to get an adjustment. And my back felt better!
I tried this and I think it works. I had been having shooting pain down my leg. Today the rheumatologist said he thought it was arthritis of the hip because the range of motion was so bad. I found this video and tried it and the pain is less. I will try it again each day. Thanks so much, David!!
You didn't do anything NUT!
