Yer this is unbelievable! Destroying our Agricultural lands. Farmers do not have a say in this and do not want it!!! This is the single worst environmental disaster to ever occur. the extraction of up to 500,000ML of water each year from the great artesian basin. Plus the millions of tons of salt brought to the surface, chemicals used. there will be no food production throughout the Surat basin and darling downs which is the most productive area in world in 20 years. this is short term greed!!!!
