everything i am im asking for some serious serious help some sort of answer not some bullshit. i need something. but the other thing that bothers me is im not even really scared of anything im only scared of having the panic attack itself not what it might do to me or think "Hey theres a person walking and looking at me hes gonna kill me" im just scared of the panic attack and dont want that feeling back so really it boils down to.

see its hard for me to do any types of excersises bc i get them in class. they happen while im reading out loud or right before im going to read out loud. i am avoiding going to school because of my panic attacks and next year ill be in college. im so scared and if anyone can help me please
@Jessxxxx3 I got the same problem when i was in school.. just tell your self when you read out loud if i muck up on a word cause of nerves its ok.. and tell your teacher your problem.. dont fear this problem you can get better.. and the more you do read out loud the fear gets less and less no matter how nervous you sound in front of the class.. when you read make sure you read at a slow and even pace too...

@R00Rz I'm paranoid anyways my panic attacks only get worse when I smoke. Looking for new approaches to not get them so bad.
