Can anyone help me? It doesn't work...

I have Windows 7, when i start the game I get the box and then my screen gets black and switches to my background over and over and then its gone... :D

Can this game be beat? I mean, I know it must be, but by the parking lot I'm out of ammo, and sliding under the truck the thing catches me.
