  • nice review of the guitars bridges, but no usable information on setup.

  • When I found this vid, I was very excited to hear the differences between saddles, etc. But not one note was played. Please do this again with those three guitars and PLAY 'em so we can hear what you are talking about!

  • Hey Rick,

thanks for the vid :-) Too bad no guitar demos!

Could you please write a little on the specific pickups in each guitar, their differences and why you chose them. I'm considering Lollars for my MIJ tele, have the blackface in the middle already but undecided for bridge and neck positions. Any info and advice would help. Thanks!

(A vid comparing these guitars in comparison would be amazing :-)

  • just bought one, really nice guitars! I put a Duncan 59 in, sounds much better for rock. Now! is Pine warmer then alder? wonder is Titanium saddles really fire it up huh.

  • @kissrocks45

    Hi,

I have not experienced Pine wood. Call Dale Clark at Glendale Guitars.com at Phone 817 637 1118. I really like Titanium for the lively character and they do not rust.

    Many thanks!

  • i see the cameraman hehehehe

  • ...bla,bla. bla...but no sound? BS!!!

  • Nice axes! Cool video!

  • hi very interesting video thanx......can i get glendale saddles to fit my mij 62 reissue non export tele..?

  • Rock,

Best to call Dale directly @ 817 637 1118. Glendale products are incredible..

    Rick

  • What materials are you using for the nut, perhaps Tusq nuts? would be an amazing improvement.

  • deepsofhell,

The nut is made from a fossilized walrus tooth..not kidding..

    Thanks!

  • Yes, I heard about it, in incredible.

  • Love my glendale. Its #006.

  • You should play them a little bit so we can hear!

  • Holidaygames,

Please checkout my Jason Lollar demo.

I use the same guitar and play it. Many thanks for your interested.

    Rick

  • Pete,

It would be best to change the bridge and saddles at the same time. Don't even give it a thought about drilling into the existing bridge to try and make the 3 piece saddles fit. Give Dale a call a discuss which saddles will serve you best. You will be glad you did!

    Many thanks!

    Rick

  • Hey Rick, interesting stuff you have there. I have a question about the hole placement on the saddles- I have an American Deluxe tele with the six individual saddles (and I love it). If I wanted to go with the 3 piece Glendale saddle how would the bridge plate holes line up? I'm not sure if the 3 pc saddle would be compatible with the existing bridge plate, and prefer not to drill on it.

    Thanks,

    Pete
