wtf... tottaly different rules here and i give kudos to the jkd guy for competing under the kyokushin rule. the kyokushin guy couldn't eaven take a hit to the face. all the blows that the jkd guy was doing perrty much could have gone all to the head, speacially the elbows.
oh yea so one more question is the Jun Fan JKD? or just JKD
@kenseisato1989 JKD is a very unofficial martial art,it doesnt have grading systems and stuff. But it is an refference for people with some years of martial arts training. I did kickboxing and taekwondo,and after I started reading about JKD from books and online sources(this might seem lame and that im some internet martial artist), I have improved so so much! My understanding of martial arts has shot up to another level. And I do bjj too.
@kenseisato1989 Yep, its a concept,but it cannot be a concept alone, as some techniques are unique in the JKD martial art. For example,the right lead punch.And the lower snap side kick,which may not originally be from jkd,but popularised by it.
