  • Wow just wow

  • aw what an ADORABLE little mare XD she's like imma wiiiiiiiinnerrr :) lol all her little bucks :)

  • And I could barely get Epona to jump the hurdles on my N64...

  • that horse loves his job!! SOO beautiful to watch a rider and there horse in motion <3

  • that was insane! i would never ever be able to jump that HIGH

  • Awesome course, and an Amazing horse!!!!!! :)

  • amazing course! And look at how much fun the horse was having = D It's great to have a partner who loves jumping as much or even more than you do!

  • Great jumping

  • It didn't seem from the video that they didn't clear the water but the screen shows that they had a fault and judging by the crowds reaction they didn't clear the water jump?

  • Oh my god this is amazing! What a great horse AND rider! This is teamwork at its finest. That course is insaane!

  • there are so many jumps!!! like XC and SJ together!

i would love to be able to do this, i cant believe he didnt knock one thing down, this is amazing! and what you call a good rider!

oh and all of you who say that the rider does nothing... without him the horse would just walk out haha

you can tell that these people clearly have no clue at all!

  • There's so many jumps and so much 2 remember B-)

  • IDK what some of you guys are talking about!

this horse is having fun! if you knew much about horses you would say so also

  • @jerestial Imagine a symphony. The conductor just appears to be waving his arms around, but actually he has the entire piece, for every instrument memorized in his head and it is his job to cue in each individual section at exactly the right time. The same goes for riding, the rider just appears to be sitting there, but his cues are so subtle (just thing flexes of certain muscles) that you can't see them unless you know what to look for. Next time, try actually getting on a horse

  • @PaigeyLuff oh my gosh, love your answer.

  • @jerestial

Yes its really enjoyable riding a horse. Why don't you try getting on one and going through a jumper course? The horse/rider in the video are at that super-high level that makes it look really easy. It also shows that the horse can carry him over those fences:P

  • @jerestial Try taking some riding classes. Then you'll see.

  • @jerestial try riding itself, then you'll see. and i don't mean pony rides at a fair, but getting on a real, 1,200 pound gelding and jumping him. you'll understand when you do. :D

  • @jerestial um watch my vids its not that fricken easy i fall off all the time and if you say i suck then i like to se you try!!

  • @jerestial have you EVER ridden before cos you must be rubbish if you think that

  • this horse is amazing<3

  • @NightHorseDPH the clothes are tho.

  • i love how he does thos little bucks after the harder jumps(:

almost all horses do it in competion butt i love it(:

  • that looks like such a fun course. Cross country in a showjumping arena

  • Is this Pomme De Terre jumping? Sorry if I spelled it wrong :( I'm not good in French lol

  • Is this Pomme De Terre jumping?

  • anyone know where/when this is?

  • and they think horseback ridinng isnt even a sport like to see them try to jump like that.

  • Great course. i think he could released the head a lil.

  • WOW!!! did he make it thru without any penality points??? i couldnt tell if he did or so

  • @xWesternGirlx

No he got 4 faults when he touched the water :(

But probably better than most could do XD

  • GAAAHHH woowww.

    Ah-may-zinggg.

Now THAT takes talent on both the rider, and the horse's part.

  • jezzzzzzzz

  • does anyone know where this course is?

  • wow..this course is amazing. that horse is amazing so is the rider:)

  • how the hell did he remember that course?:O

  • 37 people sneezed and accidently pushed the dislike button...

    this is AMAZING!!

  • @purplejumpergirl thank you!

  • wow thats one goood horse can not believe he mad it on 2:57 thats crazy!!!

  • WOW. what competition is this?

  • Pause at 3:00 that horse took a HUGE long spot and still made it clear!!!!1

  • Is that Spruce Meadows?

  • that was amazing!!

  • i dont get why the croud moaned at 2:18? someone explain?

  • @majorfruit He hit the water, so he got 4 penalty points.

  • THAT WAZ FLIPPIN AWESOME

  • Awesome course! Great ride. And the horse was just trying to get his lead.

  • wow this is a pretty hard course. looks difficult.

  • if they had this course with the jumps about 2-3 feet... i would so jump that! most amazing course everr!

  • Oh my god. That was awesome!! :)

  • So many haters. This horse LOVES to jump. You can tell. Beautiful beautiful ride. I can't imagine riding a course like that. Insane.

  • that is freaking awsome! best course ever but kinda its own sport with all the xc components lol still feakin cool!

  • that looks great! :)

  • i truely think he is bucking for the fun of it. i dont think he would be jumping that high if he was in pain. and besides, i have always learned that the buckers always make better jumpers :]

  • @frecklesluver10 I agree! My horse always kicks to get his lead after a successful jump when he's really excited. We always tell the kids at the barn it's him showing off to the crowd haha.

  • this is AMAZING i didnt see him use a wip the whole time and the horse seemed okay with jumping. hes an amazing rider wiht an amazing horse!

  • thats the most amazing jumping course ive ever seen in my entire life.

  • wow wow wow wow

  • I counted well over 30 individual fences. This is amazing. And to only have 4 faults. I hope this helps provw how difficult riding can be.

  • Awesome horse crazy course lmao

  • sooooo amazing it''s all a bout the horse and the legg's (L)

    love it so (L)

  • wow, talk about having to memorize a long course...

  • I <3 horses.

So elegant, I dont know anything about them, but I just love them, they take pride in there stride. And thumbs up to the rider..

  • such powerful animals...such grace =]

  • wow! it must take a lot to train a horse to be that good. and a good trainer.

  • this course is amazing!!! i love how it has a little bit of crosscountry in it too

  • I'd love to jump this course. but with the jumps a tad smaller. :)

  • unreal

  • holy crap that rider and horse have incredible concentration and mental stamina to last that long in this course... amazing.

  • @NightHorseDPH i agree i ride a baby horse about 3 in a half and itis not easy thats for sure!

  • These buck are not playful. This horse has a trouble releasing his patellar ligament. The trouble starts at 1:08 right after he lands. Watch the first galloping strides, his hind legs just before he kicks the leg. Ask any vet, that specializes in these problems. Maybe you learn something.

  • @ezire i saw that.... i agree..... That is not a usual buck....

  • he makes it look so easy and gracefull :)

  • wow. the take off at 3:00 was really, way to early. the rider does look stiff in the saddle at times.

  • Comment removed

  • this is nothing..lmao

  • I don't think that is unreal cuz when u r dat gooooooooooood it is kinda easy and i noooooooooooooooooo formmmmmmmm stufff and i am a rider

  • Amazing! Horses never sease 2 amaze me!

  • u r totally true-i'd love 2 see a "tough football player" ride a horse through this-and stay on the bucks, lol :D

  • o my dear lordy lord! holy frickin C R A P!!!!!

  • That horse should be named, "Gettin' your KIX!"

  • this is incredibleeee

  • wtf

  • Many horses buck in competition because they are haveing a good time and feel like playing arround a little. Trust me, if that horse did not want to do this, he wouldn't. No human could possibly force a 1000+lb animal to do anything, let allone jump like this.

  • @lekoo23 You would be surprised what humans can force animals to do. Whips speak louder than words.

  • @talistur U obviously know nothing about horse behavior. I didnt c him useing a whip 1ce the whole ride. Ur an idiot!!

  • @talistur no whip speaks louder than words! using a whip instead of your voice and leg commands is cruelty. ye sure you have to givbe them a little tap from time to time when they are being stubborn but it should be your last resort. I totally agree with talistur. cuz if you whipped my horse he would just stand there and and do nothing but fight against you, if you ask him to do something nicely he will happily do it, so no, whips dont speak louder than words.

  • @talistur look at the horse's body language. he's enjoying himself! and no, a single human can't force this horse to do anything. think of how strong this horse must be. no person could control him, ever.

  • @lekoo23 Actually, the 'bucking' your refering to is actually the horse getting the back of his flying lead change. They have to 'skip' a beat to cath up behind so they are not cross-cantering

  • @TheEquestrianWorld I realize that they have 2 lift their back legs to make a lead change, but there is a big difference between that and kicking out. Did u even watch the video?? And FYI I was deffending the horse and rider, so I dont know y u r attacking me. Did u just want 2 sound smary? Wel u sound kind of arogant and stupid.

  • No, but you CAN negotiate.

  • @lekoo23 exactly

  • omg what an amazing horse!! incredible riding aswell. i would love to be able to ride like that!!!! did they all groan because they went inside the tape on the water? i cant see it very well lol.

amazing course design aswell. really clever!!!!

  • @barebackrocks

I was wondering the same thing, they didn't add any faults though . . . hmm

I loved it when he kicked after some of the jumps like YEEAH!!

  • @109367

Ah, they DID add faults at the water jump oh well.

  • @109367

yeh its gr8!!!! lol. to be honest, i would kick out if i could jump that high!!!! lol

  • that was like....26 jumps oh myyyyyyy gooodnesss

  • Yee haa!! how many jumps was that and what a willing animal! Loved the bucks inbetween the jumps, if there are any jumper horsie types, does that just mean the horse is willing or does that mean "I hate this course?" I suppose it depends on the animal.....again...YEE hAAA

  • he was just a little frisky and playing arround

  • i agree with loveriding815--if a horse is unhappy in a course, he will usually suck back and not want to go forward rather than buck and play :)

  • wow i'd probably just sit down and cry if i had to do this course! amazing horse!! he doesn't even look that big!(:

  • This horse and Rider team is amazind! =D He is nice on his mouth only rough when needed. The course is very technical and high! I can't beleive they went clean! =)

  • I don't understand how he got that fault.

  • @37floofloo4 they hit the tape at the water jump all you have to do is touch the edge marked in white. very unfortunate, what a course, 23 -25 jumps? wow

  • AMAZING HORSE!!!!!!!!!

  • Ha at 1:10

  • is this at spruce meadows?

  • looks very similar, but many big jumping stadiums do, so it is kind of hard 2 tell

  • wow, really amazing course, I'd say WELL DONE!

  • that is the craziest juper course ive ever scene!!! lol great vid.

  • i love how the horse playfully bucks!!! AMAZING!

  • ah-mazing

  • not the most beautiful round but heey who cares. y did he get the penalties?

  • Yeah this REALLY is hardcore!! :)

But it's great to see the horse is enjoying himself! 5*

  • the only thing the announcer has to say is "yahooouuuuu" at the end of the corse ! lol

  • thats crazy!!!what an amazing horse and rider!!that course was like a cross country course!!!

  • 1:40 "flick!" hahaa XD

  • Ok firstly, u haven't seen me ride... or my horses.... and secondly i don't compete on the world cup... i compete in my state and thats it..... and the heights i compete at are nothing like this big.... seeings how i train horses i have all levels - from trot rails to around 1m 30.... i never said perfect but thanks for telling me i am! appreciated.... i'm sure i get more than u do i'm not 40,,, not for about 20 yrs lol and as i said above my mum died, so i can't live with her.

  • why is it so necessary to repeat myself to make a simple statement- geez. summed up

Jumping, particularly a skilled derby such as this not only deserves recognition but is hell fun and a great activity for a horse who does straight showjumping :) there!!!

  • Well i'm sorry but your using like nerd statements and quite frankly i hate nerds so no wonder you have friends on here.!Wow thats all you say for jumping becuz i know as hell i could name a million things.

  • you know i learned a long time ago that most people think its fun to see how high you can jump. but its not all that. i could probably do more jumping on MY horse than you could do yours. because i dont tire them out on high jumps and i ALSO wouldnt risk their life for anything so stupid.

  • also jumping this high is SO stupid and i COULD go on with the so's but im pretty sure you wouldnt like that, would you TheCfarrell07. seeing as how you think is perfect, well here's some PERFECT name for you....your a stupid dumb nerdy ass shithead who probably is a 40 year old virgin who still lives with your mom, but hey im just guessing by the way you talk.

  • well, no for starters seeings how my mum died...... and i don't practice typing- aside from when i have a paper due.... well u don't even know me soooo...... i think u should quit while ur behind...

  • Omg you talk to horses?

  • It's kind of obvious that the "poor horse" is enjoying himself, since his rider has to hold him back before every jump to keep him from racing at it. And the playful bucks are a good clue, too.

Do you even ride?? You don't seem to know much about horses...

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, i do ride.. And i do know alot of horses.. I just was in a bad mood, and i tend to say the lies. My apologizes, it seems like i didn't know horses then.

  • ok- so gallopingnjumping is a total fool- not to mention the name--- which is much more dangerous than this derby----- the horse never once looked in trouble or as though he didn't want to do it... pfft

  • Haha my name right....TheCfarrell07 wth is that?

  • i was saying ur name is dangerous---- duh....... if u could read..."not to mention the name--- which is much more dangerous than this derby----- " don't worry i'll repeat it slowly for you..... incase u didn't realise the strain on horse involving both of the activities mentioned in ur name- particularly when combined i found it ironic for u to make such a comment XD lol and that would be my name follwed by my fave number incase it wasn't straightforward enough for you...

  • Ok if you were smart then you must know that gallopingnjumping simply means that i like to gallop and jump not gallop then jump over sumthin.Oh and i can read but sorry your comments just are so stupid to me..It makes it harder to understand what your saying!!!

  • well if a name was so simple why did you find mine so difficult to comprehend? Obviously the irony had escaped you--- and yes i had realised that "both of the activities mentioned in ur name- particularly when combined" i was just stating both were dangerous, particulary is a word for conjuction of two things... ok.... are we following? good! so both are dangerous anyway but they are worse when together... pfft what a waste of time and kilobytes.

  • Wow are you some kind of nerd? And galloping isn't dangerous at all!

  • And FYI yours is difficult becuz no one is gonna understand what TheCfarrell07 means simply because it is not a word or name!!!Duh..

  • hahaha maybe u won't understand it.... and by nerd i assume u mean intelligent.... i can't help it you don't understand.... thats your problem

  • No i mean your a dumbass you use big words that are stupid to use.And no your not intelligent your probaly the kind of person to be in total love with your mom and won't do anything but what your told and i have a question....Do you practice typing like an idiot or does just come to you natural? just wondering that's all..

  • or does just come to you natural? that seems pretty stupid 2 me.

  • I think this argument is hilarious! No one cares what your name means. You are waisting your time

  • HOLY. FREAKING. CRAP. SUPER HORSE there, man. That is intense. *I* was scared for him on a few of those jumps. The bucks were really cute, too. That horse has some serious spunk.

  • wow asume looks like fun jumps re a little high for my comfort lol

  • I'm sorry but i would never put a horse through that....That is just plain out stupid...Poor horse i would try to buck that person off too

  • it's just a "normal" derby, not a classic Grand Prix course... look for the one in hamburg, it's even more difficult than this one!!

  • To bad he go 4 faults in the watergrave:( But the horse sure is amazing andr the rider aswell:)

  • at 1:10 he bucked lol! gorgeous horse!

  • that is the biggest water jump i think i have ever seen. damnn.

  • hey, can i use some clips from this video? i will give you total credit.

  • yeah I don't care.

  • i want to ride that horse he/she is so cool

  • GPA helmet ftw!

  • WOAH! Awesome rider amazing rider! Im still trying to figure out how you even REMEMBER that haha

  • Wow, that horse is amazing and so is the rider. But as far as the course being "hardcore" well...it's just a normal high level jumper course...yes the ramps are pretty tough, but this course is actually pretty normal to the professional grand prix/olympic rider.

  • I'd say it's above normal, there's not too often where you're asking a horse to jump into the water in a normal jumper course.

  • What a great horse!

  • I want to jump this course!! I love how he kicks out after he really exerts himself.. He's like "Take that JUMP" :)

  • Amazing....Wow... I'm speechless...

  • AMAZING VIDEO!

That horse likes to pigroot haha :)

  • :O wow if i put my jumps highe then a crosrail orphan wouls phaint l0l

  • Great team !! I loved the ramp jumps :)

  • wow! that was great - the horse jumps hugeeee!

  • my horse does the same thing .. he bucks when he gets lead changes ... and it always catches me off guard

  • that was the coolest course I`ve ever seen!I`d never remember it though. And that horse bucks alot,xD,and it seems to be like X-Country and showjumping because of the water jump(the pond like thing) and the raised level ground and such, haha

  • WOW!!! that is one long course!!! the horse and rider are amazing!!!!

  • holy crap that was amazing! The horse and the rider!

  • HOW THE HELL DID HE REMEMBER WHERE TO GO?

    lol

    amazing horsee

  • Wahooooouu :O

  • probably. xD

  • this video is amazing! what a great team to make it through that course

  • WOW! that would be so thrilling! i thaught the horse went lame but then i noticed that it was just his extreamly active canter! i belive the best horses buck when they jump not because they are rebellious but because they are happy!

  • What a great team!
